EXCELLENT. Called Always Green around 10:00am. Received call back around 4:00pm. The gentleman listened to my issue, explained what could be cause and provided two options: 1) schedule a service repair; or 2) he would walk me through steps for priming pump. Opted for #2 and sprinklers are back in service. Thank you for clear instructions, time and saving me the cost for service call. Great service, honest people they told me I didn't need all I thought I did and my bill was way less that what I was told might be when I quote over the phone.

Once they got there, they did good work. It took a few weeks to get them to come though.

We returned home from work hours later that day and heard a voice mail from John saying that his truck had broken down that morning. It is poor and unprofessional to just leave customers hanging like this. Did John's cell phone also break down at the same time as his truck? Amazingly, John asked if we will reschedule the appointment with him. Always Green is too undependable to try to deal with.

This is my third use of this company over a period of years and they always left with a job well done at a fair price.

I had called another well-known company before them, and got the runaround for a week until I couldn't take any more, so I went back to Angie's list. After selecting this company, I called and spoke to Alex, and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and "no nonsense" approach. He offered me a choice of appointment dates, and I selected the best one for me. On the day of the appointment, Mike called en route to give me his ETA. When he and his assistant arrived, they immediately got to work. They diagnosed and addressed all the issues and advised on future maintenance. I was very pleased with the service that I received from this company, and intend to use them in the future.

Mike and Danny showed up a half an hour early and by the time I got home from work they where finished with the Job. Mike ran the system and advised me I need to have the wiring checked in which I had Essex come out to redo the panel. He also sold me some sprinkler heads to replace old ones and advised me on what to do. Our sprinkler system is back in new condition thanks to Mike and Danny. Thank You . Don and Laura Van De Ven.

This is always a very busy time for sprinkler repair and it is also our fifth year working with Phil & Alex at Always Green Sprinklers. We've been sold on the service and professionalism since the first time they were here. We live on the same street as a middle school and we have lots of students walking home in the afternoon. Someone kicked one of the heads right by the sidewalk. Even though I suffer from a severe back injury, I figured I could just put on a head. However, it had been kicked so hard that it broke off the "funny L" connector to the feeder line. So, I placed the call. Joe was here bright and early on Thursday morning. I had flagged the location, but walked over with him. I had a new head I had purchased. Unfortunately, he didn't have that adapter in his truck. So, instead of just leaving it broken until he could return, he re-attached the head directly to the line and promised to be back within the week to finish the repair. He then checked the balance of heads on the property and made sure they were all flowing properly. If there was some dirt or other matter blocking the nozzle, he made sure to clean it out and make sure it worked properly. Finally, he brought me over to the timing mechanism and reviewed some alternative settings that we could use, depending on the weather. As we all know, we experienced the wettest "dry season" in over 30 years and now we're supposedly heading into the rainy season. He showed me how to re-set times and duration to keep the lawn's moisture exposure balanced. We can't recommend Always Green Sprinklers any higher. Every worker we have met have been courteous, punctual, professional and friendly. They had also installed a new system for my next door neighbor a couple of years ago. When he heard me talking with Joe, he came over with a couple of questions and Joe patiently answered and explained what he needed. After living in South Florida for the past 26 years, those are trait's we don't see too often here anymore. They are the best!

I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Guys arrived punctually and got the job done in a little over an hour. No problems. Would recommend their services.

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Lawrence and his sidekick called prior to the arrival and early to the appointment, which I appreciated since I had taken off from work. They both were courteous and true professionals.

Very well, made a appointment, they called to confirm the day of the project, it was raining hard and they still worked to replace sprinkler pump. They did an excellent job.

Outstanding.! The honesty and integrity of Alex (owner and handles the phones) and Mike and Quentin (workers) was truly a pleasure. I assumed the sprinkler head need to be replaced, but that was not the case. Mike fixed the problem and used the existing sprinkler head - and only charged for the labor! (The price above included the Angie's List discount). The entire job - from arrival to departure - was less than 20 minutes! They arrived in the window of time promised and provided friendly and professional service. I would ABSOLUTELY hire them again! By the way, I had contacted another "top rated" company before AGS, and the other company's lack of responsiveness promoted me to call AGS. I give the highest recommendation to AGS!!!

I called on 10/5 and spoke to someone immediately, told them that I needed service for a single family home in coral springs. We set up an appointment for two technicians to come to the house on 10/8 between 12-4. All is well right? wrong.... I received a call from the company the day of the appointment saying that they are backed up and asked to reschedule for a week later, not a day or two later, a WEEK later.....being a reasonable person, I gave them the benefit and rescheduled. I waited a week later and no one showed to the house. I called and they said they are backed up and cant make it to the house. They said they could come tomorrow morning instead. Im guessing third times a charm with this company?? Dont waste your time as this company has wasted two days of mine.

They went to work no nonsense, got my sprinkler system working, and is creating a plan to address long term upgrades. Nice guys and hard workers at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The work that the repairman did was very good except for a drip from one of the elbow conduit connections. The drip was constant. I have to turn off the water to the sprinkler system to stop the drip. I only turn on the water when I need to water the lawn. I advised the repairman of the drip at that time. He advised me that the glue or gasket he used may take a while to dry before the drip would stop and to give it a couple of weeks. The sprinkler system itself worked very good. I called the company on 9/3/15 and advised them of the drip.About a week later the same repairman arrived to fix the problem. He put more glue around the elbow connection and said that should fix the problem. He also said if it didn't, he would have to replace the connection. I do have to say that when they set an appointment, they are on time. Unfortunately, putting the glue around the connection did not work. Due to a lot of rain, i didn't need to run the sprinklers. On 9/21/15 I left a message and sent an email to the company advising them I still have the drip. When I didn't hear back from the company, I left a message on 9/24/15 to call me back. The owner called me back that day and said due to all of the rain his crews have been very busy. He said he would call me back on Friday 9/25/15 and let me know when the crew would be in my area so an appointment could be set. I did not receive a cal back on 9/25/15. It is now 9/29/15 and I still have not received a call back to fix the drip problem. I would like to have this problem resolved.

The provider was prompt to respond to my initial phone call. The owner set up a convenient date the following week. They arrived on time with 2 people and kept me informed as they checked my system. They replaced several heads, adjusted the existing ones and made 2 repairs to my sprinkler lines. They left me with a quote for suggested additional work, which I appreciated and will consider. Overall a great experience.

The attention to detail and professionalism shown on this job was impressive. The integrity these men showed was what the industry should demand, not the shady, fly-by-night crooks all to common these days. They could easily have sold me a new pump and stretched the job out for a day or 2, costing $1000 or more, but they diagnosed the problem in a minute, and fixed the problem, within the hour. Overall I am very pleased with their work. Guys ran a little later than what was expected during a 4 hour wait window but were very fast, friendly and professional. I wasn't able to test out the sprinklers until the next day due to it started raining very hard while they were working. When I did test the sprinklers the next day, they appear to be working great and covering a large area more efficiently. Due to the daily rains, I will have to check them again at a later time. I would dependently recommend them.

I called twice in May 2014 and twice I set up appointments and nobody showed up nor did I receive a call back. With all of the good reviews, I was hesitant to write this. However the lack of professionalism and courtesy steered me in a different direction.

Because of an extended service call the crew arrived in the pm instead of am. This is the only negative. They arrived. They listened, They were polite and efficient. Repairs were done to prevent replacement of major components. They left with a smile, advise given, and a check. I wish all contractors were as professional.

The men were professional and efficient. Checked all sprinkler heads, adjusted the timer and capped off a sprinkler head under pavers.

The guys were very honest and straightforward. Came in and found some hidden sprinklers and uncovered them. Installed a few new sprinkler lines and heads. The guys came out and did the work quickly. Offered some suggestions on how to improve my system in an informative way. Will eventually have them out to do more work.

All in all, it went very well. I had a minor emergency come up on the day the crew was scheduled to come. I called Phil and explained the problem. He said not to worry. The next morning, the crew came extra early so that I could review the job with them and still make it to my appointment on time. You don't find a lot of service people that will do this here in South Florida. The crew arrived and got right to work. They first installed the tank and I provided them with the necessary chemicals. They continued by installing the new clock and checking all the sprinkler tubing and heads. As I had to leave, they were just finishing up. The crew was as friendly as always and cleans up everything when they are done. Over that weekend, I noticed that the level in the anti-rust tank hadn't dropped as it normally would after a sprinkling cycle. When I checked the clock, I noticed that it wasn't programmed with the correct days to allow us to conform with the water-restrictions in Broward County. As I went to pull one of the pins to adjust it, it flew out of the clock and my hands and fell into an old pant bed. No matter how hard I looked, I couldn't find it! Panicked, I sent a quick email to Phil. First thing Monday morning, he called me to verify the issues and told me he'd have the crew out that day. By the time I got home that afternoon, not only was the programming corrected and a new pin inserted, but they noticed a failure in the check valve which was causing one zone to be missed, and repaired it. There is no doubt to me or my neighbors who also used Always Green Sprinklers based on our recommendation, that Always Green Sprinklers is a cut above so many other companies in South Florida. Whatever your need is, Phil and his crew will take care of it. And in the rare instance of a problem, they will go out of their way to take care of it. We recommend them highly.
