Always Green Sprinklers

A few days ago I noticed that our lawn was turning brown and a lot of the shrubs were turning yellow. Our lawn service company had fertilized the lawn, trees and shrubs and also sprayed insecticides 2 weeks ago. Our sprinklers were programmed to go on around 5:00 am as usual. I didn't understand why everything was dying. I manually turned on the sprinkler and discovered that it wasn't functioning. I immediately started hosing down the lawn and shrubs. My next step was checking Angie's List for a Sprinkler Co. I was very impressed with the reviews for Always Green Sprinklers. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time, were very professional and did an excellent job and saved a lot of lives!!!

I called last Friday afternoon 03/15/13 and left a message. Phil made sure that he called back that evening. He originally said they would not be able to come out until the end of the following week but would make an effort to squeeze us in on Tuesday 03/19/13 because of our travel plans. They lived up to their word. Overall: They were punctual, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They made an extra effort to accommodate our timeframe. Bottom line: I would recommend them to my neighbors. A good experience.

Awesome experience with Always Green!! First when I was calling around for estimates he called back that same day and we talked through what I needed, he gave me a high level estimate, set an appointment and the rest is history. He was totally flexible in terms of timing. He came out on a Saturday which was nice, since we both work and wanted to be here when the work was being done. He is very honest and reliable. He actually called me an hour before he would be at our house - now who does that in South Florida, Here we are lucky just to get an initial call back let alone call before they come. As a side note, we always call three service providers whenever we arrange for home services to be done. Well, his competition (Dals) also with an A rating took a week to call me back after my initial phone call

Everything was great from start to finish. Phil was great providing costs and scheduling the work. His install team was on-time, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend and will be calling them back out to do some additional work.

After receiving HUGE water bills for two months the water company suggested a faulty sprinkler system (or the settings) were responsible. Sure enough, our gardner confirmed what they suspected but didn't know how to fix the problem. A neighbor recommended Always Green Sprinklers and we are extremely pleased with the results so far. The companyrepaired to our irrigation system, reset the system to function properly (as in NOT EVERY DAY or for HOURS at a time) and charged us a fair price for a job well done.

On Monday, Mike (Phil's partner) called to verify I was home and said he'd be over within the hour. Approximately 1/2 hour later, Mike arrived with another worker. I explained to them what we needed and they got right to work. They cleaned various sprinkler heads and replaced a broken section of pipe and replaced a couple of heads as well. Moreover, he re-aimed one head that was sending far too much water onto the back wall of our home. They finished the job in less than one hour. They did a great job and we are very satisfied with both the service and the work performed.

They worked efficiently and the job was done in 2 hours.

I called them on 2/1 and made appointment for 2/15. They called before coming and came out to do the work even though it was raining. They worked diligently on repairs noted above and tested all sprinklers before leaving. They were professional to work with and I will hire them again.

I searched Angie's List for a company to make repairs to our lawn sprinkler system. I was looking for someone located in western Broward County, with a good reputation for price and service (aren't we all?!) Always Green Sprinklers offered a 10% discount to Angie's List members and fit the other qualifications. We were able to make an appointment easily and the work was done within a few days. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. My only negative is that going into it, I didn't expect to pay as much as we did (over $300), but we had a serious pipe leak and needed the work done quickly so I didn't shop around for prices.

They came over ready to work. They told me what needed to be done and how long it would take. Everything was fixed and in working order within 2 hours.

Called and made appt. came at scheduled time, did the repair in 20 minutes, charged as quoted. Great Job!

I called Phil but he did not answer at first, but he called back next day, after I left a voice mail. I told him about my issue and he suggested it was the check valve, he told me the quote, he also asked where I had heard about the company from, and I said Agies list, he was quick to remind me to use the 10% discount coupon. Mike and his associate came out on the set date and time and performed the job, quick, professional and very helpfull with my questions about the sprinkler system Mike also found other issue with the zone vale and a leaking priming valve; he asked if he should replace them and why he should do it, and the price. Agreement was made and he replaced the parts and now the system is working better than ever! I defiantly would recommend and use them again, thanks for a great job guys!!

They showed me all the issues and what need to done and how they were going to fix the issues. They set the system up to the and time and day requirements. Their service could not have been any better. The cost was reasonable.

My husband and I have been customers of Always Green Sprinklers, a neighbor, for many years (18). Phil and his crew have been the only ones that have ever fixed our irrigation system. They have always been knowledgeable, punctual and professional. We know we can depend on them to get the job done well and reasonably priced. As long we live in the area, we will always call Phil for all our lawn irrigation needs.

Professional, on time, , thorough, and reasonable. Replaced sprinkler heads after testing the system and inspecting all sprinklers. Spent an hour and a half digging up and locating the sprinklers. reset the timer and replaced something else but I don't remember what it was.

I contacted this company because of their high ratings. I left a message for them and they called back the next day, and set up an appointment a week away. The morning of the appointment, they called about 20 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were coming. I had already bought all the parts I needed (I was going to do the job myself but chickened out), so they worked quickly and only charged us for labor and a few PVC couplings I didn't have. They were friendly and did a good job. Now our sprinklers finally work with our timer!

GREAT! Our sprinkler system was put in before Florida was recognized as part of the United States. Every sprinkler head is different and there were so many leaks and issues with our pump/well, we assumed we would have to dig up and replace everything to a cost of way too much money. First, Always Green Sprinklers answered the phone when we called last week (surprise - didn't get an answering machine). Second, they made an appointment with us for first thing Monday morning and told us how many people would be there, how they charge, etc. (no surprises, we knew what we were getting in to). Third, THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME! And then they proceeded to fix a well problem, found and fixed leaks, and replaced in-operative sprinkler heads. They were professional, they knew what they were doing, they honored the Angie's List coupon and, above all else, they were honest. I would recommend Always Green Sprinkler to anyone who asks.

Everything went fine. They replaced the checkvalve, tested the system, checked all springklers, replaced one head and set the timer. They also kept labor within one hour. I would use Always Green Sprinklers again and do recommend them.

Needed new heads and a drip system installed, they arrived on time and did a great job, I have a beautiful lawn now! They have a cool video on their website that shows how to operate and set up the timer for the sprinkler that I've found very helpful. They followed up after the call to be sure I was satisfied and the gentlemen they sent out for the service were efficient and very nice to deal with. I'd use this company again!
