The ownerof this business is a retired firefighter. The workers Mke Smith and his assistant were punctual, efficient, courteous and pleasant to work with. Phone calls were returned promptly. The invoice accurately reflected the work done. They completed the work in just over 2 hours. Another company estimated that the same job would take all day with greater cost. I was very happy with the work done. I highly recommend this firm for quality work at a reasonable price.

Timely, professional, affordable.

I noticed the burned grass and called, waited about a week (manually sprinkled during the period), got a good appointment when the company came to a neighbor's and were able to fit me in. They arrived when they said they would. The two gentlemen were very polite, hardworking and professional. I had located one big leak, they found another one and several smaller ones. A couple of pipes were stopped up, some were dirty and some needed replacement heads. The labor estimate was right on, the workers didn't waste any time and I got a discount for being on Angie's List. Of course I paid for the required parts, very reasonable, and tested the whole system. It continues to work like a charm. I would definitely hire them again.

Always Green Sprinklers is fantastic. Phil called me back the same day and was always polite and professional. His associates showed up on time and were also wonderful to deal with. They installed recessed sprinklers on my whole property (1/3 acre) and then showed me how to work and set the pump. The work was completed in 5.5hrs and I am very happy with their work. The phone conversation with the owner, Philip, regarding the work I wanted completed. He asked good questions and was able to give me a fairly accurate quote over the phone. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00am on Saturday, March 22. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done as expected. The sprinklers have been working great for the past 2 months. Overall, they did great work at a fair price.

Phil (the owner) is spot-on, every time. He listens to what the customer is asking for, then repeats it back to make sure everybody will be on the same "page." Then, he schedules a mutually convenient date and time for his crew to come out. He's done this from the first time I called him through Angie's List two years ago. This year, I also needed a new cover for the anti-rust tank they installed two years ago. He told me he'd search one out. He called a couple of days later, told me he had found one in Palm Beach County and would it be OK to put off the visit by a day to give him a chance to get his hands on it. Mike (his foreman) arrived within the agreed upon time frame. One time, he was going to be delayed, and called me to see if that would still be OK or did I want to re-schedule. I told him the delay was fine and to come when he could. In less than an hour, Mike and the crew-mate had checked the entire system, replaced a couple of bad heads and cleaned out several others. He had me come out and showed me the work they had done. I had also asked Phil to replace my old analog system timer, as it was badly weathered and hard to read. However, Mike told me that it is still working fine and gave me a choice if I still really wanted to replace it. I thanked him for giving me the choice and suggesting I save my money. Too many other businesses would have simply installed the clock and add the charge in! Both Phil and Mike do everything they can to make sure a customer is satisfied with the work performed. In this case, a couple of days later, I did notice one dry area that was not receiving enough water and that even though the clock worked, I still couldn't read the daily wheel. Phil said he'd try to help me out and call me back. I just got off the phone with him as he called to tell me he found a daily wheel from another clock and we set an appointment to have Mike come up to replace the wheel and take care of the dry area. After living here for nearly twenty-four years and dealing with service companies of all types and sizes, I must say that Phil and the crew from Always Green Sprinklers are one of the best businesses out there. They are polite, considerate, reasonable and professional. I'd give them a great big "green" A+!!

That being said, I specifically installed the system to treat dry shrubs around the pool deck area and to replace my hose/sprinkler system for the yard. In email, Phil assured me that "your bushes will not die." Well, I ended up with 9 shrubs dead in the back yard, and three in the front yard. The reason? Trenches were open from Tuesday until the following Monday due to weather/scheduling/failed inspection. Any plant left with it's roots exposed (or removed completely from the soil and replaced later) will suffer the same fate. Additionally, I am now sorting out what is going on with the city and county. When the project started, I had one domestic tap into CITY WATER. I specifically requested a second tap into the CITY WATER in front of the house so I could meter my domestic and irrigation use separately. I ended up with one domestic tap, and now I am paying domestic rates for all water usage, plus sewage for water that is going back to the aquifer. Call me ignorant about the semantics of that, fine - which is why I hired an EXPERT; so I didn't end up paying a fortune down the road. I expect the owner of an irrigation business with extensive work professionally for the city of Plantation to provide such information up front to his customer. Now I am going to end up paying an additional $1500-$4000 to replace my shrubs, and add another meter (and likely restore the original domestic line feeding the house only). So I withheld a $700 payment. At no point during the process (3 months from start to finish), did I feel Always Green was up to the task at hand. Check the other reviews - it's maintenance, small fixes etc. You be the judge.

Did a reroute around a new pool. Showed up in one days notice as a favor then came after the pool was finish to complete the job. At first some of the sprinklers did not work but he said there was lot sand in the system that he needs to clean out. Came back week later and fixed. It was busy season during my job so it took a week or so to get things schedule but besides that work was complete as promised.

The service men were extremely competent and efficient . They wasted no time and within two hours everything was working perfectly. We cannot be more pleased with their service. We'd also like to mention that they were very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend their services.

Perfect. Phil was great on the phone. The two member team exceeded expectations. I gave them my objectives and they made it happen. Several nozzles were changed, distances were adjusted and some new rotors were put in were I had another type of delivery nozzle. Honestly, its that simple. I was happy, they were quick, clean and my system is up and running. I would definitely use them again.

I found Always Green from Angie's list. I called them and within a few days they came.They gave me their rates on the phone and then quoted me for other work I needed done when they came. The two guys that came were very nice and professional. They did the work and the other worked I needed done which was new irrigation along my pool deck. The price was very fair. It was about 1/2 of what another company quoted me. I had them come back a week or so later to do other work. I would highly recommended this company. Nice workers!!! The price below is for both times they came.

Phil was good to schedule the appointment and explain the cost. The 2 man crew showed up on time and had it all operational in less than 1 hour.

Had to call because they were pretty late and it was getting dark. When they did arrive the sprinkler was repaired in less than 30 minutes. They also set the timer for me which i appreciated.

I have been using this company for years. They are the best. Always professional and according to schedule. They stick to the stated hourly rate plus parts. I highly recommend them.

Prompt and courteous. They definitely know what they are doing. They were able find and repair 3 leaks (2 that were not so obvious) that were preventing the pumping from pulling water up from the lake. Quality work. Will use them again in the future.

It did not go well. The technician that handled the job did not seem like he really knew what he was doing. He moved several sprinkler heads that did not need to be moved and added a sprinkler head that was not the type really needed nor was it put in professionally. In addition, even though I specified that I wanted all areas covered since I was going to put in sod, many areas were left without coverage. In addition, I feel that 2.5 hours of labor was not necessary and then I was overcharged through a math error of $100. The owner did reimburse me for the $100 after I called several times, left several messages and I had to remind him that I was on Angie's list and I would review the service given. I just had another company on Angie's list come on 22NOV to make the repairs necessary to get full coverage on my lawn. They replaced several of the sprinkler heads with rotary sprinklers including the one that Always Green installed. They also adjusted the other heads to get the coverage I needed. I waited to make the review until I had another company come and do the job right. I feel I wasted the money with Always Green Sprinklers. I would not use Always Green Sprinklers again.

They were responsive and came out when they said they would. The service was excellent. I was impressed enough to have an ongoing service contract with them.

We called because some landscaping was done, and the landscapers left a sprinkler uncapped and draining all the water pressure from the front yard. They fixed it in a matter of minutes. When we told them that the backyard had also suddenly dropped in pressure over the last day or so, they looked into that as well. We didn't know about it when we made the appointment, and we didn't think it would be such an ordeal, but the did not complain about the extra time it took. They dug all over the yard until they found where tree roots had broken a pipe in the back yard. They made a bypass because it was easier to get to in the future. All of this they did at a reasonable price. We will continue giving them our business.

Basically a 2 day project without the Coral Springs Inspection process.

The first day they showed up they charged me $180.00 for two hours of labor. They attempted to bypass the cracked pipe and put an extension around it into the lake. It did not work. I called the owner and he sent the same two men back. The next time the

Never did repair line or get system working. Called owner many times and ask him to come out. He called back but always when I was "not home" Much loud swearing using "F" word by workers. I have it all on video.

It was fast response and great service, we are using them for the final work of the sprinklers installation.
