Very well. Saleslady was very noce and knowledgeable. They do subcontract some of their work so be mindful of that. Subs left some chaulking on screen which Inhad to clean myself, otherwise it was good.

I received several quotes to have our screen porch installed. Alumicenter discussed several options and styles based on my price point. We decided to move forward with the project and they were able to put us on the schedule rather quickly. The crew arrived on time, left the work area clean, and did a good job with the installation. I would recommend this company.

It went OK. The porch is nice, we like it. No complaints.

Guy was nice enough but quote was way off. He said he would go back and do it again and get back to me and never did.

The project went very very well. I was pleased with the results. I have had a small problem with leakage in the roof of the workshop area and they are working to solve that problem. They stand behind their work and maintain excellent communication. They are very punctual. At the end of every day they clean up nicely. The owner Mr. Cohen communicated with me in person numerous times throughout the project. Initially, the price of this project sounded high, but after seeing the quality of materials and getting other bids I realize this was very reasonable for the quality of work and materials.

Juan Cohen came and gave an estimate, promptly when scheduled. He was very nice and proper. His wife as well she does all the phone calls and scheduling. The price was right, we got 3 estimates they were not the cheapest, but they were the most respected in my book They did an amazing job. They were on time all the time, not once late. Started and finished as they said. Once at the house they stayed all day to finish, put in a full day work. Both the employees who do the work, working amazingly together, are friendly, fun courteous and respectful. They know their stuff. We did not have to ask to change anything. Juan the owner even suggested things that never came to our mind and made it so much better! I was very cautious due I was just scammed by another company that ripped me off for 9,000.00 dollars, and never did a thing. But Juan Company from start to finish they were true to their word. The work is amazing, on time and professional people. The county approved everything as done, they were aaa+ in my book I would do it all over again with them, what a great team they are. Thanks Juan and Staff you are truly amazing.

It was great. It went really good. They are very good, very straightforward. There was nothing much out of place.

All work was done in a professional manner I ask for some small changes during the install and were done with no problems. Alumicenter was easy to get in contact with always just a call away.

They did a real nice job on the roof.

They would not come out to give us a quote on a screened patio unless I did all of the measuring and gave them all of the information over the phone first! They wanted to come out with a contract already in hand. EVERYONE ELSE came out, did their OWN measuring and drawings, drew up their specs and gave us a quote according to their measurements and specs. I could never get them to come out, or even call me back after the first contacts.

I am glad I did the project with this company. The initial lack of contact must have been a fluke as they were very good at calling me anytime we needed to communicate. The screen patio turned out beautiful . Juan suggested colors for the insulated roof that would compliment the colors I already have on walls and doors. His workers Giovanni and Juan Carlos are true professional. I did not have to worry about loud talk and they cleaned up everyday keeping the yard in good shape. I requested skylights and Juan gave me suggestions of what would be the most aesthetically pleasing and functional locations. I love my screen patio and my neighbors have complimented me a lot on it( I live in a corner lot ).Juan and his staff are really professionals and very pleasant . In the years I have been a homeowner and have done many projects this is the best vendor ever. I highly recommend them.

Vendor gave me tow sites to visit where vendor had done the instllation. I was very impressed with the work. The owners give very high marks to AlumiCenter and the owner, Juan Cohen. I like the owner. He is very responsive and has come to my location twice in the course of giving mee an estimate in this project. Very responsive.

Everything turned out great. The guy was professional and did everything I requested with no additional fees. He made sure I was satisfied.

Toward the end of May 2012, I contacted Alumicenter via their website to inquire on the price of an Aluminum porch. I already knew the dimensions based on quotes from several other contractors who visited my home. An employee of the company contacted me the same day and we setup an appointment for someone to come out and see the property. I had to re-schedule the first meeting due to some circumstances out of my control. The company changed the meeting for the following week. The representative that came over to my home was Juan Cohen. Juan is the owner of Alumicenter. He arrived on-time and was prepared to take measurements of the area. Juan took notes of the area and measured it. He told me that I will have an emailed quote sent to me later that night. This is perfect as I am 100% attached to my iphone and email works best to communicate with me. As promised, the quote arrived later that night. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he had sent two quotes. One for the roofing I wanted and another for the screened-in version. My wife and I had wanted to do the screen but didn't ask Juan because the other contractors were pricing it outside of our price range. To our delight, Juan's screened-in quote was not as high as the others. Matter of fact, it was towards the top of our spending budget whereas all others were nearly $500 - $700 over our budget. We decided to go with the screened enclosure! Juan submitted all the paperwork to the city for permitting. Since I live in a gated, Lennar community, I had to get my HOA's approval. Juan provided all the forms and Miami-Dade Approvals I needed to include an architectural rendering of the porch. It was approved with no issues because all the paperwork was complete and thorough. The permit was issued and the inspection of the foundation passed with no issues. This gave way to concrete pouring and actual structure build. I was expecting to find a construction site once I arrived home. However, Juan and his people cleaned up after themselves and ensured that they did not damage the vegetation nor destroy my grass. You could hardly tell that a crew had been working there. It was excellent! The concrete guys showed up 15 mins EARLY! This is great! They went right to work and my foundation was poured in less than 2 hours. The concrete took three days to hardened. Once that was hardened, Juan began to work on the construction of the enclosure. Juan and his crew took two days to build the enclosure. They always arrive on time or earlier and went straight to work. No cafesito breaks! It was truly a pleasure seeing quality work being done by a contractor. The crew was proficient in their task and you can tell that this wasn't their first time doing it. The quality of the build was superb and the materials were new and definitely not old stock. After the work was done, Juan came over and walked me through the construction of the enclosure. He climbed ladders with me to show me the roof and show me how it was waterproof. He showed me little extras that he incorporated to make the structure stronger. The bolts he used were higher grade and tensile strength than those required by the plans. I appreciated this! Overall, the enclosure looks fantastic! I am a perfectionist and I looked at every single nook and cranny looking for defects or oddities. I couldn't find any.. Juan has excellent customer service skills and superb construction experience. He answers all emails immediately! ((I emailed him over 40 times, yes, I am a perfectionist and look at the details!)) He ensured all my questions were answered and went over and beyond my expectations. Well, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves! I absolutely recommend Alumicenter for your enclosure project! BTW, Juan also installs hurricane shutters. My home came with shutters, if not, I would have had Juan install those too! A+

Placed a call to the company and spoke to Juan Cohen who is the owner of the company. I discussed the work to be done and he recommended that I actually measure the area myself and call him back to discuss. I actually did measure it since I needed to know as well. I then tried calling the company back several times but no one picked up. Guess they don't need the business. I never even mentioned anything regarding self install. He must have me confused with another customer since we never even met.

The overall process was 100% acceptable from start to finish. Upon telephoning the company for an estimate, the gentleman came the same day. Considering the ordering process, they were able to schedule the replacement upon arrival of new awning.
