+ -1 moreOpportunity Inc is an early childhood education center for infants to four and five year olds. The doors are open through the whole year and it has about a hundred children. When the playground is closed, as it had to be to resurface the playground, the kids can't go outside. That deprives them of a normal day in the educational process. That had to be done since we needed the playground replaced. That the vendor stopped working though, handicapped the process at the school and handicapps the benefits to the children. You can imagine the 18 teachers that have to keep the children inside instead of going to the playground. We signed a contract and I would like for that to be fulfilled. All I want to do is have them complete what they agreed to do in good faith.
Description of Work: He was to pour the place rubber on 4,100 square feet of playground. He has completed about 2000 square feet. We signed the contract on the 21st of April. He started work on the 24th of June. He had been working for about 3 weeks and then stopped showing up on the 12th of July. I have been repeatedly trying to call him and it goes straight to voicemail. He has four locations and 3 or four different phone numbers and they all go to voicemail. He has a colorful website and looks like a reputable business, but suddenly stopped showing up. I would like the work completed as soon as possible.
