Went great! Derrick was kind and soft spoken. He got right to it and accessed what the problem was within minutes. Then went down the list to see what the cause was. Even when he found a cause he still went down and checked everything else to make sure there wasn't multiple cause. Along the way he showed me what he was doing so I could check for myself if I had an issue in the future. I gave a B in punctuality only because he arrived after the time frame given but only by 30 minutes. I even get one free visit within 6 months if anything goes wrong.

They did above and beyond what I expected. They were wonderful!

Initial call was professional and friendly, serviceman arrived on time, pointed out a problem with the A/C and subsequently a technician came out and solved the problem in a professional manner. We gave this business a B on quality only because the initial person who pointed out the problem was not as knowledgeable as the technician who actually corrected the problem.

Gave me a quote on the phone for replacing the fan wheel in my blower unit - it had become warped and was vibrating. The technician replaced the fan wheel and all is quiet again. They did bring a spare motor for in case that was the problem, but fortunately the motor was fine,

It is fantastic. They told me they'd be here around 9:30, showed up early and worked for about 5 1/2 hours of work. They didn't stop working at all. They were very nice to talk to, agreeable, and funny. The two technicians were Xavier Sanchez, and Eddy Tejeda. The whole experience was fantastic. I've never had anything so easy.

Went very well. Professional, easy to talk to and explained any questions I had.

Saturday night before school begins and my air conditioner started leaking, called Jared and he said the estimate for the job was reasonable for a 9:00 pm Saturday quote. He told me that the technician was two hours away, but to my surprise 30 min after I had him in my house, I exposed the case to him and immediately started discarding any other problems, in 10 min he informed me that I was right and he was going to proceed and do the unclogging of the drainage line, it took him less than 30 min and let me tell you it was really difficult to unclog it was considerable, then he prepared the bill and even gave me a discount for being a Angie's list member (10%). This people looked and performed professionally even for a simple task. Highly recommended . Thank you Jared !!

Best air conditioner service ever! I called about 5 am. Heard back about 6. Tech arrived at 9. I have a medical condition, am heat intolerant with limited mobility. Temps above 72 degrees will almost completely immobilize me. Maggie was very empathetic and efficient in communication and scheduling service. Joe, the tech, professional, thorough and honest. Was detailed in his explanation of repairs needed and didn't spend the entire visit trying to sell me a new unit or service contract. Informative about services available. But, no pushing. Save your time. Don't bother calling anyone else. A+++

This is the best company I ever dealt with to date. I just brought my wife home from surgery and my home was hot. I called the original installer of the unit I purchased 15 years ago and they gave me a time the next day between 9 & 12 Noon. I told them that I needed a technician now due to my wife's health condition and they could not help me. I went onto Angie's list and called this company and they were here in 20 minutes. Found out my Compressor was bad and too expensive to fix. I decided to buy a new unit due to the age of the old one. . They came the next morning as promised at 9AM and in 5 hours I have a cool house again. Thank You Angies List Again!!

They were very quick and timely with the work.

It went very well. I called Aloha after reviewing the ratings on Angie's list. The technician came within 2 hours of the initial phone call. I would use them again.

He charged me double what Angie's List said they would charge for an estimate, and then didn't give me the Angie's List discount. They gave me a receipt for less than he charged me. I called the owner up when I saw the discrepancy for the amount on the receipt to the amount I paid. They called me back and stated they would pay me back for the amount I paid.

It went really well. I liked them. I have 2 cats so he was very conscientious about not leaving the door open because I explained they were inside cats. He explained everything to me. He was a really good technician. He was excellent. They quoted me a price over the phone so it was what I expected.

Made an appointment, never heard from tech within two hour time frame. Had to call to find out what was going on and was told tech was running two hours late. Really? Running two hours behind and not even a courtesy call to inform me of this massive delay?

It was a pleasure dealing with this company, from first contact with the pleasant and professional receptionist/scheduler, through completion. I discovered at about 9:00 the night before my morning appointment that I would have to reschedule. I called and expected to leave an apologetic voice mail. Instead, I was connected to a very pleasant and professional man who didn't show any sign of irritation at my evening intrusion. He rescheduled me for a few days later. The technician arrived on time for the re-scheduled appointment. He was very nice and professional, and did not have any problem with the fact that I have two split units with handlers in two separate parts of the attic, requiring two trips up the ladder, or the fact that I have six intakes instead of the two that should be expected. He was helpful in answering my questions and seemed quite knowledgeable. He offered a service contract and made recommendations for some additional maintenance tasks (which my last service provider also said would be needed in the future). I felt no pressure from him regarding the additional work, only helpfulness.I know there are other companies that offer slightly less expensive maintenance, but with the annual maintenance contracts I purchased for the two units, I only spent about $10 more per air conditioner, and the advice and service I received was worth much, much more than that. I was quite pleased with Aloha, and plan to use them in the future.

They didn't really do anything. The guy walked in and said that he had seen that unit before, and left. I had to chase them to get the quote for an American Standard 10 year warranty and a condo a/c unit. They came in $1200 more than everyone else.

It went very well. Eddie and Eddie, father and son, were there from Aloha for two hours. They called in advance to say they were on the way and arrived on time; they worked very hard and were very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very happy with the results, and my ceilings look much better.

I have been using Aloha for over 12 years, since they installed my current air conditioner in 2001. i have always had a maintenance agreement with them and they have been very reliable. On the Saturday right after Christmas, my air was not working properly, so I called and, at no extra charge because it was a weekend, they sent a technician out to see what the problem was. Rafael was punctual, efficient and professional. I am very happy with this company, have used them at my dad's condo, and would certainly recommend them. I am, in fact, about to have them replace the current equipment next week, before the oppressive heat that is imminent next season.

A/C system is 4-5 years old and I had neglected to have it serviced. About 6 months ago I cleaned the inside of the air handler, removed the fan motor and squirrel cage to clean the mold that had accumulated. So the unit was fairly clean, but I wanted to confirm the condition of the compressor unit which is on the roof of my condo. Appointment was between 9 and 11 AM, and John called at 9 to say he was on his way and would be there in 30 minutes, which he was. He was quite informative regarding care and feeding of HVAC systems. After his inspection, he informed me that the freon level was fine (which was my main concern), and the inside of the unit was in good shape.

Aloha air saved the day! After spending 3 weeks using another a/c contractor who could not fix our air conditioner, Rheem told us to get someone else. I called aloha air. They were professional but most of all they sent a tech who was familiar with my unit. Within hours we were cool again. The Rheem corporate guy even said these guys are good! I called company at about 6:45pm on a Friday night. I was told it would cost $140 for a service professional to come out but that if I waited it would only be half that amount in the am. I decided to have the technician come immediately as it was really hot and my elderly mother was not feeling well. I was told the technician would call within 30 minutes. I thought that was impossible and hoped he would be there in a few hours but to my surprise the technician was knocking on my door before the half hour was up. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked my AC unit and compressor. He was able to explain to me that the electricity was not reaching the fan and told me what the cost of repair would be. I agreed and within another 40 minutes he had repaired the contactor. I had expected to pay for the service call and the repair but to my amazement I was only charged for the repair. By 9:45p my house is cool and my family is comfortable again. I would highly recommend this company!

Everything went well until the end. They had a special offer that installation included a new digital thermostat. They replaced my programmable digital thermostat with their cheap/simple digital thermostat without my consent and I never got my programmable thermostat back.

derrick was very pleasant to work with, he got the air conditioning running. but informed me that its on its way out. couldnt give me a timeline.but its working now. i would use this company again
