When we hired this company to do our move from NH to FL; in NH, they provided us with three men to pack our contents. However, they doubled the quoted cost of $6700 to $13,000; we had no choice as we had to be out of the house since it was sold - so we couldn't hire anyone else. When they arrived in FL; they only showed up with one man to unpack the contents forcing my husband who had an inguinal hernia and Hepatocellular carcinoma to assist with moving heavy items. Then the driver, when backing close to the house, damaged the carport!! I contacted the company who promised to pay for the damage. They didn't! I went through the arbitration process with the Transportation Arbitration board who ruled in my favor; but the company has not paid me, even though they said they would abide by the decision - so I have made it my mission to inform people how unscrupulous this company is - avoid them at all costs!

Worst service ever. Never told it would be 30 days till I got my stuff. Lie about number of boxes. Had been told extra boxes would be no issue because I had so little. Day of move wanted to double price. I had 5 minutes to decide what to do. I had no bed to lay on when I got to my new apartment and nothing to cook with. I stuffed my clothes in a rubber bag made for travel or I would have had no clothes either. I was even verbally abused by customer service when I tried to confirm vital information before move. I feel that they should pay me for unneeded human suffering!

This company was polite and attentive when I initially contacted them. But when the movers they sent over were unprofessional and violent, they were no help at all. In fact for days, they couldn't tell me the location of all of my belongings. For several days, I could not get anyone with this company to call me back. Ultimately, the price they quoted me doubled in order for me to get my property bag. This company rates an F for customer service. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy.

The move of my items from Eastern PA to Broward County was handled very well. I was particularly impressed with Aaron, the crew chief. This was a "reverse move" in that the company's moves generally originate from Florida and it is necessary to carefully coordinate numerous drop offs and pick ups while the crew is in the Northeast before returning to Florida. Aaron did an excellent job working with me with respect to the timing of the pickup and dropoff, and was very careful with the items at all times. At the time of my move planning, the company was busy dealing with a very positive response to a Groupon they had recently issued, so there were some delays in getting responses to emails and phone calls. Nevertheless, the overall experience was a very fair and professional one. I would not hesitate to use the company again.
