Allied just completed major repairs to our metal roof and fixed a roof leak as well. They sent someone out the very same day that I called to give an estimate on the work, which was absolutely amazing considering I had to wait days for other roofers to call me back and several didn't even call. Juvenal came out that same afternoon and he was great. Even better, he had a written estimate to me the same day with detailed description and pictures of exactly what would be done. Most estimates I received just said "fix roof". I was so impressed and it made me feel comfortable that all necessary work was actually going to be done. I had lower estimates, but they seemed to be missing some big pieces of the work to be done and so were likely to creep up anyway. They were able to schedule the work for the very next week and kept me updated via email as we got closer to the scheduled day. The 2 workers sent out were extremely courteous and hardworking; they barely took a break for lunch. After the work was completed I was sent another email detailing the completed work with pictures. I had a few questions and they were answered within minutes via email. The customer service with this company is just outstanding! UPDATE : 3 weeks post completion. Realtor stopped by house a week before closing and noticed there was water spot around area of roof leak repair. I contacted Allied with a picture and they promptly scheduled someone to come out that very week. Huge relief since goal was to have roof fixed before closing. They again showed up on time, found a minor issue with the gutter placement, realigned gutter and caulked to seal. Once again, GREAT SERVICE!!!

Reroofing a 70 year old house brings up a LOT of uncertainty, anxiety and questions. After carefully comparing various quotations from local roofing companies, I chose and entrusted Allied Roofing & Sheet metal to do the job. While some Companies are satisfied with offering a quotation based on a Google Earth photo, Allied Roofing promptly came out, carefully inspected the existing roof and offered detailed explanations of my reroofing options. It was very comforting when Robert encouraged me to ask ANY questions I had in order to make me more knowledgeable about my project whether they did the work or not. There was NEVER any high-pressured sales pitch during and leading up to my decision to go with Allied. From there, things just kept getting better. Communications with any of their office staff keeping me updated as to the progress of Permitting and anticipated start date was exceptional. It is rare these days to find ANY company that treat their Customers with this level of professionalism and respect. A few weeks later, the day finally came. Even the dumpster was carefully placed with significant consideration to protect the driveway and pavers. To my great surprise and delight, the A/C unit, patio pavers and plants around the perimeter of the house were carefully protected with plywood before the tear-off of the existing roof. As you could imagine with a house of this age, we encountered a few hiccups during the project which were all promptly handled with the utmost care and professionalism. It took just 3 days from tear-off to final Inspection. The standing seam metal roof turned out great and I have had lots of compliments from the neighbors about how great the house looks as well as how quickly and without disturbance to them the project was completed. The Team at Allied Roofing made me feel comfortable, reassured and appreciated during what could have been a very stressful project. Great communication, efficient and reliable.

Allied just completed a metal roof at my house in Plantation secluded gardens. They were priced great, service was quick and their communication was absolutely awesome. They completed everything I asked of them. All their workers are polite and considerate. And the roof looks great!

We were pleased with the evaluation of our roof, the technology used such as the drone that took amazing pictures of the roof keeping the employee safe without having to climb up. We are happy with the repair and timeliness of Allied Roofing. If we ever need any roof repairs in the future we will be using Allied again.

There are bad roofers, there are good roofers, there are great roofers and then there are a few excellent roofers. And, among the few excellent roofers, there is Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. My husband and I live in Oakland Park, Tamarac Hills and had our shingle roof replaced by Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal in 2016. We cannot express how happy we were with the quality of their work. There on-site workers were excellent, conducted themselves professionally and did a great preparation and wonderful clean up at the conclusion of the job. You would never had known they were ever there. Then in March of 2019, due to our new insurance company’s demand, we had to have our flat roof replaced. Although there were no leaks and a Certified State Inspector’s report (referred from my previous home insurance carrier) supported the flat roof had 5-7 years of remaining life, we had to follow the demand of our current insurance carrier and have the roof replaced. So, we called upon Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal. We told them that the replacement of our flat roof was mandated by our insurance company. Robert and his Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal team performed an inspection of our flat roof and were in agreement that our flat roof had an additional 5 plus years of service. They inspected the roof thoroughly and issued us a recertification to support their findings. We provided the recertification to our insurance company, however, the recertification was rejected and we were told we needed to have the roof replaced immediately or our insurance coverage would be cancelled. We advised Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal of the insurance company’s response and requested they provide us with a quote as soon as possible. Robert provided us with a quote. Although we knew they did excellent work, we did our due diligence and went out for bids. Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal bid was competitive with the three other bids received from other high profiled roofing companies, proving Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal was not trying to take advantage of us over our current insurance company’s demand. Fast forwarding, we selected Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal to replace our flat roof and once again they did an excellent job. They covered our pool and patio furniture, moved all potted plants away from the job area to prevent them from being damaged and maintained the same attitude and professionalism as they did replacing our shingle roof. Upon completion, they had removed all debris and moved everything back to its original location, leaving our entire yard spotless from debris and in great appearance. My husband and I highly recommend Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. for your roofing needs. They have a great internal and external support team and every one of them will treat you like family.

Allied roofing is a stand by its word on workmanship and quality. The beginning of our project we had everything going well with a few minor bumps. I was able to get in contact with the supervisors and also the general manager of Allied roofing. Troy and Joe were very helpful from start to finish. We also had to have a very professional team come out and do some special facial work to my older home. I must say that they truly did care about my home. The one thing I can also say is do not be afraid to speak up about concerned on a job. I do not work in the roofing industry and I had a lot of questions and things that were being installed and done. One thing I could say I learned is patients. If I could tell anyone reading this review make sure you go with the best. Also you have to remember that when doing a roof you have to be willing to understand there might be additional charges. They made it clear on everything that was being done on the home. From start to finish everything now is fine I must say thank you so much Allied roofing for installing our new roof. Also we went over other options on venting which I never had on my home which has made a very big improvement with in my attic to vent out the hot air. I must say they have a great team and workmanship. You have to remember there might be minor little things that get missed but do not be afraid to speak up because when you have a great team lead anything can get done there is no perfect person in life , we are human. I truly would recommend Allied roofing to anyone.

Absolutely satisfied with our choice of going with Allied Roofing for our re-roofing project. Everyone was absolutely very informative, upfront with everything and what to expect in the whole process from Robert having us come to the factory and explain every step and process of project, Troy being in constant contact, Joe and Gustavo coming constantly to supervise and the whole entire work crew was just so efficient, fast , professional and pleasant to have around during the whole process. We even had a BBQ for them on a Saturday late afternoon after they finished working to show our appreciation. Price wise they are very reasonable. From start to finish, this company couldn't have been more thorough or professional. We replaced our existing tile roof with a metal roof because we knew that this type of roof would last a long time and could weather hurricane force winds. We made an appointment to have someone come out from Allied Roofing to give us an estimate. They were on time, explained the process, took pictures and within two days we had an estimate. After signing the contract, we were given written instructions on what to expect time-wise. The permit was obtained quickly and we were notified every day about what was to take place with the reroofing process. I was even given a tour of the plant where the metal roof was being made! The workers were tidy and cleaned up after the messy job of removing the old roof and placing the new metal roof on. We were notified of any wood that needed replacement and all finishing touches were completed efficiently. The quality of the workmanship and the materials is superb! All of the personnel at this company were professional and friendly and always willing to accommodate my schedule. Allied Roofing replaced our roof after Hurricane damage. Their price was in line with other quotes we received. Their planning and quality of work was excellent. Their communication throughout the entire process was impressive. My project manager was in contact with me everyday with updates and schedules. We are very happy with the finished product.

The team assigned to my job were absolutely wonderful. They took the time necessary to prep and cover my pool and other patio furniture from the debris that would come off of the roof during the pressure washing process. Upon completing the job, they completely pressure washed my complete patio ensuring not only my patio was cleared of all debris, but the even washed all patio furniture. I was extremely pleased and happy with the entire job from start to finish. Allied also replaced my shingle roof mid last year and did a great job all the way through for that job also. I would strongly recommend Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. for all your roof repairs and/or replacement. My personal thanks to Robert for setting this all up for me from beginning to ending.

I’ve worked with plenty of contractors, but Allied has been far and beyond the greatest, bar none. They’ve been communicative every step of the way, honest (which is rare), and their service is unmatched. As if that’s not enough, these guys were fast AND the quality is top notch. I’m simply amazed with the whole experience, and whenever I refer a roofing company, the only name coming out of my mouth will be Allied!

I would’ve never imagined I’d be calling a reroof a “pleasant” experience, but Allied made it just that. From the initial selection process to the scheduling, to the actual installation, everything has been nothing but smooth. The roof was completed quickly and the results were second to none. Perhaps what amazed me the most was their customer service. Working with Allied Roofing was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end! I needed a full shingle roof replacement. After trying to reach out to several companies with no success, a co-worker recommended Allied. Victor promptly responded and scheduled our first meeting. He was thorough and professional. The customer service and friendliness of this company is what stands out to me. Of course, our roof looks beautiful but the customer service made the experience very nice. It is not fun having to spend this kind of money on a roof but they made you feel that you were important and kept you in the loop almost daily. One of the few companies that actually sent someone out to our house - most only give you an estimate using Google Earth. Gave us great details of each step along the way with pictures and still was happy to answer any question we had. The only reason they got a B in Punctuality is because they were so backed up. We had to wait six months but once they started the project they were on time and they were worth the wait.
