At All Year Cooling we want all of our current and future customers to know we are here for all of you 24/7. We mean that literally! We'll be here for you, customer service and making you happy is our number 1 priority! We have over 80 trucks on the road servicing the Keys to Vero Beach. We know most of the time you’d expect this type of service to come with a high price tag for the actual work, but that’s not the case with us. In fact we’re going to be lower on price than just about any contractor out there. We even offer free estimates, same day installation, and interest free financing on our AC repair, maintenance, and installation services. We want all of our current and potential customers to know that there isn’t any other company to go to for your air conditioning needs than All Year Cooling!

Description of Work: They installed a new air conditioner on the roof of my condo building, plus a new handler downstairs in my condo. In addition, they placed a UV light inside the handler, and fumigated the ducts with anti-bacterial and anti-mold spray. |It all went very well. All the technicians did quality work, and all were concerned with customer satisfaction. I think you shoul change your overall Angie's List rating to an A.

Description of Work: They were the only company to call/email me back on a Sunday to install a new A/C unit the next day when mine died. Several of the companies I contacted NEVER called me back or emailed me back. They were great.

Description of Work: My air isn't working as I text. It is 86 degrees in my home,and it's 11:58 pm. This is the second time the air has been out of service since I paid all that money. When they came back the second time, owner was trying to make quick a deal to replace my entire system - inside and out. The same system I paid them for less than 3 or so months ago. These people are negatively effecting your good company. Can I get a refund to pay a better company to repair my system? |

I remember in April when we replaced your compressor we also gave you a quote on a new complete system because of the age and condition of your existing system. When the system failed in October my technician called me and explained there wasn't anything he could do to fix it. Description of Work: After taking numerous bids from other contractors, I was "on the fence" between this company and one other. All year | called me, and as an added incentive, they offered me a 2 year warrenty on my new A/C unit, instead of the 1 year that it came with. This put them out in front, so I gave them the job. Upon completion of the job, there was a mix-up with my paper work and financing arrangements. (No-one seemed to have the correct papers) To this day, I have no paper work saying I have the extended warrenty. (All I have in writing is their original estimate) All my contacts with them thus far have gone un-answered.
