Installers showed up as scheduled, were very professional and knowledgeable. They even used a dust pan and broom to clean up the mess!

The work was done on time as promised. The office was very responsive to my calls. There was only one problem that interfered with getting the permit. This problem was taken care of quickly and responsibly. I am very pleased with the whole process and all of the employee's I had contact with. I also saved close to $3000.

Job went great! Showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job. I even received a free thermostat and safety switch that shuts off the unit in case of problems. I didn't expect this. I also found out that they have a licensed electrical department and I will probably use them to change my electrical panel.

I saw a great price for an AC replacement system advertised in the newspaper and called to have an estimate done. I checked Angie's List and saw good reviews, so I called to have a unit installed. I was told that an estimator needed to come out first (I was thinking "bait and switch"), and he promptly came out (same day) and to my surprise he did not try to bait and switch me at all. In fact, he was pleasant, and very happy to do the job at the advertised price. I set up an appointment to have the job done. Two excellent, experienced and knowledgeable techs were sent out and removed the old system and placed the new system (I was kind of worried that a mediocre tech would be sent out for the install since the price was so reasonable, so I was obviously pleasantly pleased). The techs were also very friendly and gave me excellent tips regarding the system. The new AC system works great and I am a very satisfied customer. The only con was that they were not accurate as far as the time they promised and the time they arrived, so give yourself a time window.

Josh and his assistant were very professional. They arrived on time and performed the job in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable about the product and made sure our two AC units were properly working. They performed the job on time and they made sure their working area was clean and well maintained. I was impressed how they added insulation around the return duct something that was missing since I build my home. I didn t expect them to do this extra work but it was much appreciated. It s been over a week now and the 2 units are working perfectly, as expected. I m so glad we purchased the two units from them. I would certainly recommend them.

I shopped all over using the same model number and All Year Cooling and Heating was BY FAR the best price. They showed up on time and did the entire job quickly and efficiently. They called me the next day to make sure I was happy and never asked for a penny until the job was complete! They even offered me a 12 months same as cash financing. I have been here in Florida over 30 years and I was never treated so well by a contractor. Good Job!

They had the very best price and knew what they were talking about. It was very easy to check the exact price for the exact work I wanted done. They showed up on time and everything they were supposed to do. They cleaned up well after themselves even putting on booties when in my home. I am very satisfied and would use them again.

All Year is great! They are professional and prompt. I really appreciate the fact that they are also licensed electricians, so they can also do any electrical work I might need done. They are definitely an "A" plus company!

Horrible. Not installed properly. Did not pull permit. Did not return calls.

I really didn't have a good experience with this company. I had an estimate done and then a few weeks later, at the time they were supposed to start the job, the same salesman came out and thought he was supposed to be doing an estimate at my home. Then the workers came by and dropped off the unit and left it sitting outside. I don't believe they did everything they said they were going to do because the air handler was never replaced and stopped working properly right away.

I contacted All Year because my thermostat was not working. They sent a young gentleman out to take care of the broken thermostat. The young gentleman said he fixed the problem and left. Still didn't have any air on Tuesday, called and spoke to Sue and said that I still didn't have air, they were going to send out another associate to fix the problem and they never did. Called on Thursday and they said that when they called they spoke to someone that said the house was cooling and just fine, but I told her it still wasn't working, so that they needed to send someone out here to fix the problem. They said that someone would be out today (Thursday) from 9-6.

The job went well. At first, they did not get the permits and did the work first. But we called and they explained that they did all the permits at one time when they went into a particular neighborhood for convenience.

Requested four quotations and they were all relatively close. This company was recommended by a friend. The quotation was given on a timely basis. The installers arrived at the correct time and did good work.

Because I had bought a 3.5 ton cental a/c from All Year, I hired them to remove & put it back up when I got a new roof. $1100.00 was the price quoted. I was to pay 50% up front, & the balance on completion. They did not show up at the appointed time, prompting several calls to get them to remove the ac so the roofers could start work. (BTW Earl Johnston Roofing found through Angie's List, did excellent work) Nick at All Year said to call the day before completion of the roofing so the ac could be put back the next day. I called & was told that they were backed up for at least 2 weeks! When I mentioned that the replacement of the ac was holding up the final inspection of the roof, I was told by Nick that All Yr did not apply for a permit, & to put the ac back according to code would cost an additional $800.00. I was livid & was told that if I was unhappy with this add-on, I could hire someone else (no refund) I did. Briggs Cooling did a great job, to code, AND at $450.00 less cost!

THE DUST LEVEL IN THE HOUSE GOT WORSE WHEN THE HEAT OR AIR WAS TURNED ON. THE RECENT INSTALLATION OF A NEW AIR CONDITIONER HAD LOOSENED THE DUST IN THE DUCTS AND WAS PULLING IT THROUGH THE VENTS. THINGS ARE FINE NOW, AND I CAN BREATHE MUCH EASIER.
