Estimator arrived on time surveyed the property, then discussed what the company could offer. The estimator was unable to answer several questions without calling the office, giving the appearance he did not know his product, he apologized said he was new . I proceeded with the contract based on the recommendation of a retired friend in the A/C business, the brand and price of the unit with no interest payments for one year. I also included their duct cleaning option. Found out at the time of cleaning this does not include the plenum from which the ducts originate, called the owner to ask why, he said that is a separate cleaning from the ducts, but since it was not explained clearly they would take care of It at no charge. On installation day the crew arrived on time, began to work right away. As evening approached the foreman gave me the option for them to come back or work late into the night to finish. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. Company management followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

REPLACED CENTRAL A/C UNIT WENT VERY WELL - THEY WERE VERY POLITE, EFFICIENT AND LEFT NO MESS WHATSO EVER. I WAS DREADING THE INSTALLTION AND THEY MADE IT ALMOST PAINLESS

I called the company and they came the next day. He took apart the panel to open it up and found a lizard had wedged into the system, died and was stuck there, preventing the system from kicking on. They showed me the lizard and I was very surprised. So many other companies would have lied and charged me more but I was happy to see how honest the guy was who came out to fix the issue. The AC kicked back on and I have had no other problems.

Very please with their service and all the follow-up requests that I have had.

A tech comes out and I explained the problem. I live in a two-story townhouse and my A/C is up on the roof. The tech says he will go up on the roof to check the system and let me know. The tech retuurns to tell me that the compressor is shot and I need a new A/C unit. He also shows me a photo on his cell phone of what he says is a photo of my A/C unit?#. He provides me with a written estimate for a new unit, total cost $3400.00 I advise the tech that i simply could not afford to spend so much at this time and was there anything else i could do beside replacing the whole unit, He said no, the unit is no good and needs to be replaced. I thanked the tech for his time and let him know I could not afford the replacement. It has now been almost two months since All Year Cooling told me a needed to replace my unit. My unit is still cooling OK but not shutting down so today I called another A/C company that I found on on Angie's List. The Company is called Capital A/C. I was so glad I called them! (I will be writing a favorable review on Capital A/C page). Their tech went up on the roof and came back to tell me that the unit was in fair shape but coils needed to be cleaned, He fixed the drain line and cleaned it out and also cleaned the coils. I asked the tech if he thought I needed to replace the unit or compressor. The tech responded "no" it just needed a good cleaning. The Unit is now working great and cutting off when it should.. So why did All Year Cooling tell me I needed a whole new unit.. In reading alot of tthe reviews for All Year, both the good and bad reviews it appears that they do like to replace the A./C versus repairing. I tend to wonder how many people have spent money to buy a whole new unit when all their unit really needed was a good cleaning and/or a "better" air conditioning company! The repair of my unit cost $274.50 (includes 10% Angie List Discount) which was alot easier to handle than the $3400 quoted by All Year.

After receiving the bad news that it was going to cost me $ 1,700.00 just to replace the condenser, we decided to replace the whole unit (interior and exterior). We contacted about 4-5 major companies to come out and give us quotes. The quotes range from $ 3000- $5000, But the owner Tommy of All Year went a step above everybody . He called me and discussed the visit with me. We were even able to renegotiate his original quote and add in some extras (IE. float switch, UV light, and a surge arrestor. They showed up the next day took them a few hours to remove the old handler and compressor. So far so good I've seem the bad reviews for All Year as well and was apprehensive, but I'm glad I trusted my gut.

I was shopping around for a new Air Conditioning system, and All Year Cooling's estimate was by FAR the best quote that I saw. In all aspects, Price, Warranty, Permits, etc... Their professionalism was a breath of fresh air! The salesman was honest, personable, and helpful. The installers were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. I can honestly say that they went beyond the call of duty, to ensure that my experience was as painless as possible. They cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Even followed up a few days after installation to make sure that everything was working properly. There is a reason that this company has been in business for so long. I would HIGHLY recommend them for ALL heating and cooling needs.

They were the lowest cost compared to others with similar products. They have very quick response time. Their people seem very knowledgeable. As far as my total satisfaction, I’m still pending on that because I have some history that I want to be corrected with this installation that I had. They respond quickly to a call. They have a good price.

No complaints. Did expect that service all would be all that was needed as an annual check up. That wasn't the case.

Initially the relationship between the company and myself was quite amicable. AYC installed a unit in my home but in less than 6 months they had to make more than one trip out to fix issues with the unit. The craziness began when my city left a 2nd notice to fine me because of not having a registered permit. From June 2011 to February of 2012, I was in continuous contact with the permit department to provide me with a permit. I was aware of it because the sells person had indicated since the job was completed during the weekend, when the ladies in that department come in on Monday they would begin to work on it. I made multiple trips to the office in Plantation but to no avail. I contacted my city and I was advised by the inspector to take legal action against AYC. Instead I chose to speak to the owner or one of the family members who head the business. Through that individual the permit issue was resolved 9 months later. My AC went out again on this past Friday. I called AYC and I was told weekends are emergency services and since I had purchased warranty in the pass ?which covered labor,? I needed to wait during the week. I schedule for Monday. My uncle stopped by looked at the unit and said it could very well be a motor issue with the Rheem, but I would need to wait on AYC. I was contacted this morning to verify my appointment time. The young man I spoke to indicated my warranty in fact only covers parts not labor. When I asked for an approximate cost, I was told nearly $600.00 for labor. I asked him to please cancel the service. I learned later on from my uncle who ran my serial # the motor was under warranty with Rheem. I called AYC and was connected with a rude and impatient rep. She verified my warranty that I purchased through AYC covered only coils and another part. I began to raise questions. It appeared each rep was giving me different information. When on hold with AYC, there?s a message in which the owner mentions any questions contact him. Thus Irequested his number and the young lady transferred me to another lady. I politely ask for the owner?s number. When I left my classroom I called him. As Tom answered my call he sound annoyed right of the bat. I assume he was expecting me to call. I explained what I?ve heard from various repts. In my opinion he was warned about me calling thus he had preconceived notions. He was disrespectful and insulting. He stated ? I don?t see what the big deal it?s a simple equation.? Also he says, ?how do you know what the problem is?? in a condescending tone. I explained what my uncle said. And I mentioned I canceled the service call because of the price I was quoted. Based on his tone I indicated I did not feel comfortable dealing with AYC especially with my problems in the past. He state,? I get calls everyday with people trying to get stuff for free.? By this point I was insulted. I was calling to get clarity but he head of this business was responding to me as if I am trying to con him into a free service. He went on to say ?since you want to say you?ve had all these problem in the pass. I?ll just send a technician out there and YOU can get the service for free.? What he failed to understand is I was not looking for a hand out I was looking for one straight answer. I assumed the head of the business would be the best person to speak with. I truly regret not going with Air Around the Clock. They are more reputable and professional. I was chasing a cheaper quote and this is my end result. I will never do business with them again and be sure to share my story. I have a specialist degree in leadership and if there?s one thing I learned, when the head of an organization is off point it trickles down to the managers and workers. I surely saw proof of that today. Be cautious of this company they don?t stand by their word?at least not in my case.

Price- I got quotes from three different providers. These guys were in the middle range of the three quotes. All quotes for the same exact job...I made sure of that. Why I chose them- I went with these guys because they seemed like the larger organization of the three companies. Also, their rep Vince did an awesome job explaining my options and what the work entailed required. Customer Service- The workers who showed up were very nice. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. It was a two day job but they made it very painless. I will def keep them in my rotation for AC needs when I need a new unit

Like expected they came did the work (right) with no problems with the units, but they forgot to bring a the replacement UA light that I requested when set up their appointment, everything else was good and they made a follow up call on the light, but not worth a special trip.

The installation went ok, it only took longer than we expected. They provided very good customer service.

They were fine. They did the tune up and were very professional and on time. He did not make a mess. They gave me a call, set up a schedule. No problems at all.

So far so good, my family and I are quite comfortable these days. Thanks All Year cooling.

He did stuff that other people never even bothered to do. He checked the heating, cooling, and went on the roof to check other things. He did a very good job. He was prompt, professional, did everything he was supposed to do. My system is 13 years old, I will seriously keep them in mind when it comes time to buy a new unit.

Their service was good. There were no problems. The price was good and they were on time.

They seemed to be very good. Their service department was nice to work with. The owners called to check on the work and were very attentive. Also, their price was lower than other quotes we received.

They did a really good job. I would recommend them. I haven’t had any problems since they installed it. My experience with them was topnotch. I dealt directly with the owner which was impressive. They did a lot of following up to make sure that I was happy after the job was completely. Everything with the company was topnotch. Their price was excellent. I had a couple of quotes that were a little bit better. They met the other quote for me which I was I was impressed with.

We got an initial quote request and the quote was much lower than any other quote. They were able to move over things around here quickly.

They are all very professional. From the person who comes out to look at the problem to the repair man, everyone is good. They clean up after themselves. I am very satisfied with their service.

First visit cost 50.00 they were unable to identify problem which was causing the outside A/C fan to not properly shut down during rainy weather after the condensing unit turned off. Suggested it was lightning related and that I could shut the outside fan down from the circuit box and restart it to cause a recycle of the processes. It worked but was an inconvenience. Came back a second time after the problem persisted and again could not identify the problem but suggested that I purchase a new Integrated Compressor Control Board at a cost of $225. It was still under guarantee/warrantee so that seemed like a lot of money. A year went by and I purchased a multipoint inspection with an Angies List Deal from a different provider. Besides the inspection of the entire system they changed out the ICC Board for $75.00 instead of $225.00 and also changed the hard start compressor for 50.00. Update: President Smith took the initiative of sending an apology that the technician was unable to diagnose the problem and for any inconvenience and a refund of the service charge. I appreciate the integrity of the company.

They were very nice. They had to move the entire unit and put a new slab outside and they were excellent.

Sales team was very responsive and quoted me the new system with clariy They took care of all permints and rebates (FPL) and scheduled installation was very good and no problems

It didn't go very well. Since they've installed it, we have had them come out multiple times for boo-boos and stuff, our air conditioner broke down like 3 or 4 times, my husband said it's more like 8. One of the times, they tried to tell us that our entire duct, the refrigeration line that runs throughout the attic needs to be replaced and they were going to charge us $1200 but my husband knew that that wasn't true so he had one of his friends come out who is an air conditioner installer come and look and he actually cut a hole out of our wall out of what he thought it was and had nothing to do with the refrigeration line at all, it was just a leak that was where they installed it on the inside of the house so when we told them that. They're going to charge us $1200 for a repair that did not need to happen, they were saying it was our home but it wasn't, it was them so that was a huge deal and now we have a huge hole in our wall that we have to tape up. I personally would not recommend them ever. They also wanted to charge us money, they said our compressor was destroyed because it quit running but it was brand new also but they wanted to charge us a service charge, the charge that you would pay them to get the part even though it's under 100% under warranty. It ended up not being the compressor, we didn't need the part so my husband argued with them, that was bull crap and they backed down on the service fee but their technician came out and pulled off the top of the unit outside where the compressor and you'll never suppose to do that, that should always stay closed. After the arguing, they still fixed everything. We have to use them because it's under warranty and we have to go through them but if we were going to do all over again, we would never have gotten it from them.
