All Year Cooling

They were troubleshooting the air conditioning. They had to come back and redo the work they did. For someone who might be looking to use them as a provider, I would say, "Get very clear on what they're going to do."

They're an A down the list. It took them a day to replace the unit. Two persons came out and they were very good. They were very pleasant people. They answered my questions and left the area clean.

They were great. It is a family run business. They have been around for years. They were recommended to me and I used them at my house and my mothers house. It is a few years ago but I think that being family run, they maintain the same standards. I did shop around, I always do two or three bids. They probably were not the lowest because the lowest sometimes ends up not being the deal at all. You get to deal with the owner, if you call the owner, he calls you right back. The father started it and the brothers work in it. It that is still the same ownership, I think it will be fine with them.

This is an amazing company. Their price was $1000 less than my other two quotes. They installed on Sunday. They helped me with the financing. I can't begin to tell you how good they were. I highly recommend them.

They were horrible. They installed my unit 6 years ago and the unit was an excellent unit. They came on time and did a good job. What they didn't do, was file the permit for the electrical and mechanical permits but they charged me for the permits. When I went to sell my house, I realized they didn't file them and I couldn't sell until we had the permits. It took them a couple of weeks to do everything they needed to do. The first time they came to inspect it failed the electrical and failed the mechanical. I had a lot of problems with them doing the final work I needed. It was a week before I was going to sell the house when they had to come back. It was just horrible.

I had good work and bad work but at least one thing they stood behind what they said they are going to do. I has just a bad experience with the unit cause the unit was made in Mexico they had some bad parts but they replaced all the parts and then redid everything so I really can't say anything bad it was just the actual equipment that was wrong but they stood behind it and did everything. They stood behind it and they were diligent and then the outside unit they replaced completely, it was just the equipment I guess the manufacturer they got bad product, I can't really blame it on them it was just really agonizing, it wasn't the it was just the situation but I have to say that they came back and replace everything every time I call them they came right away.

All year cooling was very fast to reply to my request for an estimate. They came out to our home i explained what i wanted done and was given multiple options and prices to choose from. I like that they did not push me to use them as i had mentioned that i was going to get multiple estimates before i made a choice. I choose All Year Cooling because of the price and friendliness of the staff. The only problem i had was with the time it took to complete the work, was all supposed to be completed in one day ended up taking three days. Not sure if they had miscommunication between the installation crew and the office which takes care of assignment for them. But it was completed and i am completely satisfied with the quality of work that was done. And i was very happy that Tommy reaches out to you as the consumer and is there via text or phone to answer any questions and concerns you may have. I found that very helpful and reassuring when i had questions about the dely in completion. Once the job was completed they reached out to me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction! So glad i chose All Year Cooling for my A/C.

They did great as usual. I wish their prices can be a little lower. They service our units every six months. I intend to continue using them.

Best company to use. They are very reasonable, on time, and business like.

They were fine, they were on time, polite.

We had a price dispute but it was properly corrected by them. The had to come back three or four times to adjust the settings of the A/C unit, so that was not very good for me.

The a/c unit stopped cooling. The company did not charge an emergency call out instead offering the free estimate for the visit, as we did not yet know if we would need a new unit or if our existing one could be fixed. The technician was prompt, (actually early) and efficient and could fix the unit for $400. He had brought the relevant parts with him and was finished in a couple hours, with everything tidy and working. Highly recommend.

We complained of high humidity in our home three months after installation. We also noted black dirt around the master bedroom vent. They sent out a technician and he said it was dust and to set the thermostat at a lower setting. We called them again and tech number two said the vent was loose in the ceiling and leaking warm air from the attic. This was causing condensation . We cleaned and sealed the vents with recommended sealant. Two months after the one-year service we noticed mildew around all vents and a odor.in the master suite closets. We found mildew on clothing and other items in the closets.. The humidity was 70% in our home. We called All Year cooling again. Their technician agreed that the humidity was high. He checked the original paperwork and noted that a five ton unit was replaced with a four ton. He was concerned it was not large enough and would check with his employers We waited for a response. We contacted a Trane dealer we had used in the past. Their technician repaired the wiring that was done incorrectly, reset pressure switches that were never set. He also reported the unit had been overcharged. The humidity is now in the mid 50% range. The two stage compressor does not run on High full time either. We had our duct work cleaned and sanitized by a company we trust .We cleaned three closets and repainted them also. We threw away boxes of clothing and accessories We checked on the Trane website and found that All Year Cooling had never registered our unit for the ten year extended warranty. We talked with Tommy Smith's assistant Julie and she offered to pay for the other companies invoice. We feel we are owed much more ..

From the moment i called to the signing of my final receipt - everything was done professionally and with courtesy. Hard to find that nowadays. I normally don't tip workers since i feel they are getting paid anyway, but had to give money to these installers ... what nice men they were. One name stands out - I think his name was Mr. Jeremy Chase or something close to that. I talked to him a few times and he even called at the very end to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. AAAAA+++++

The guys are usually well trained. I only give As if they are perfect, I say they are pretty good. I bought the unit from them stuck with them the whole time.

I called on a Saturday and got a friendly response with a promise return later that day. The technician arrive at the promised time, fixed the unit, and we were up and running. Excellent responsiveness, reasonable price, and corteous and helpful technician.

These folks are great. I've been a customer for 7 years now and they've never failed me. Their prices have always been fair and they don't nickel and dime you. They just installed a new unit in our new home and they were professional and on time. I highly recommend.

The technician showed up on time, was courteous and knowledgable and performed the maintenance service as requested.

I received a citation from my City because a Permit that was open 13 years ago, before I even owned the house, was still open. I was already languishing at the nightmare I was going to go through to resolve this issue with the city. I looked up online who the permit was open with and found out it was All Year Cooling. I was worried that a company that did a job 13 years before may have gone out of business. I was in luck they were still in business. I contacted them and was surprised to find out they had a department just to manage permits. The lady took my info and sent a repairman over to review what work needed to be done to bring the A/C up to code. They went back and made all the upgrades for free. They sent a 3rd party at their cost to prepare the plans for the city and set up the city inspection. All at their cost. I was amazed. In a world where A/C companies are not in business for many years and who often do not take responsibility, this was a breath of fresh air. They have earned a loyal customer. BRAVO to the owner and his team. P.S. When you call their office and you are put on hold there is a message from the owner giving you his cell phone number and inviting you to call him directly if there are any issues that his staff did not resolve to your satisfaction.

When it comes to selecting services for our home, we sometimes get it right and sometimes we get it wrong. Selecting All Year Cooling as the company to obtain and install our air conditioning units for the house was an excellent decision. It all started with All Year?s sales representative Vince, who has a tremendously deep understanding of air conditioning units and their accompanying features and benefits with firsthand experience to back it up. Vince doesn?t try to just sell; he strives to ensure customers get the right product that fits their specific needs. Vince sat with us for 2 ½ hours explaining in detail all of our options. There was nothing that was high pressure-- just a desire to do the right thing for us. Vince?s proposal was followed up by Tom Smith, Sr., previous president of All Year Cooling, who wanted to ensure all our questions had been answered while informing us of the installation process, should we choose to do business with All Year Cooling. How could we not? We were treated like real customers, which is a rarity from our 3 years experience living in south Florida, and there was no attempt to pressure us into a decision. Tom also emailed us additional information we requested, and did so the same day. When we finalized our decision from amongst the leading air conditioning companies in our area, we decided to do business with All Year. Scheduling took place the same day. Previously Vince had commented to us that there are several good air conditioning units on the market, many with the same or near same internal components. We chose Trane units, as they had served us well in the past. However, as Vince communicated, the real key to having a long-lasting and well-performing air conditioning unit lies with the quality of the installation. In our case, enter Patrick and Andre. These two guys were just outstanding. Totally knowledgeable, non-stop hard workers, fun to be around and completely focused on our satisfaction. Both of our units were installed in approximately 6 hours without incident. At the end of the install Patrick and Andre even stayed a little longer on their own time to review and insure we were totally comfortable with the new thermostats that were installed. These are truly two great guys who are tremendous assets to All Year Cooling, not to mention the South Florida business service community. So, if you are looking for a quality customer-focused air conditioning company you can trust, it is All Year Cooling. This family-owned business that has been passed down through generations knows how important their good name is and they protect their reputation by performing at the highest level. There are several air conditioning companies out there, however, there is only one that has proven to us they will ensure your complete and total satisfaction and always do right by you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I selected this company because their website said they would provide a free estimate when I was looking for a second opinion on a previous quote. They are also rated well on Angie's list. However, my experience was horrible. I am an attorney but I work from home; I should also mention that I am a female (this become relevant later in the review). I was here alone to greet the maintenance tech when he arrived and things started out ok. I was relieved because he quoted me $350 to fix my a/c where the previous company had quoted $1000. I authorized him to change the capacitor which is what he told me would fix the unit. Then, once the work was completed, he told me that additional repairs "may be needed further down the line." This is when my husband pulled up and things got weird. He made the comment "oh good, your boss is home." I'm not overly sensitive so I blew it off. But from that point further he would only speak with my husband and made several sexist remarks. At one point, right in front of me, said to my husband "I'm glad you're here to make the decisions." My husband, who much more mellow than I am, was even taken aback and told him I was perfectly capable of doing that myself. At that point I asked him why the a/c that was "fixed" 30 minutes before was not cooling the 2 rooms (we have 3 units in our house) it was supposed to cool (I had set the air to 60 and the thermostat had not budged from 85) and he said our brand new thermostat was broken. Long story short, he tried to charge me for the original $350 "fix" and then tell me it would be an additional $1500 to fix the a/c so it actually worked. I called the office and they said they'd put the original part back into the a/c and not charge for the work. However, they called me a few minutes after he left and tried to demand that I pay for Freon that he never received authorization to install. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company. Especially if you subscribe to this century's notion that woman and men are equal.

It went really well and I got a good deal.

Initial customer service was great to get the contract signed, after that it was sometimes challenging to reach them and get a responsive call back once they were paid. Eventually, they did follow through to complete everything in a decent manner. The most frustrating part of job was feeling that I must be "on top of" the workers throughout the 2 day installation. The duct work guys kept coming to me with "oh no, we have a problem", without any proposed solutions. I had to be the problem solver and assertive "squeaky wheel" to get things resolved. The unit installers were better, but the whole installation process was more work on me than I would have liked. I had to take two days off to supervise everything. Some of the management follow up calls were less than pleasant, but eventually, they were reasonable and fair.

I called this company as a second opinion. They sent them out the day after I contacted them. He was knowledgeable and was able to get the unit fixed and it is working wonderfully.

I was VERY disappointed in their service. A technician charged me approximately $285.00 to come back to service one unit (the day before I had to take my husband to Orlando for surgery. The amount is supposed to be for 2 services per year. I already paid for a 10 yr contract on both units. When we returned, the floor that was just replaced was ruined again due to some water leakage that was NOT THERE WHEN WE LEFT. Also they wanted to sell me a new light for mold inside air handler. Haven't had time to deal with it due to my husband's health problems.
