All Year Cooling

We had an acute need for an air conditioner in the middle of a record-breaking summer. We went with All Year Cooling. Their goods and pricing were excellent. They set up our air conditioner and called a few weeks later to see how it was working out for us.

I called All Year Cooling to send someone over when one of my Ac units stopped operating. They dispatched their experts, and the problem was resolved in just two hours. Later, I replaced two Ac units, and their pricing was reasonable. This is a true thank you to them.

We moved here to escape the harsh winter in the north, and within a week we realized we need solid protection to escape this heat too. We're new here so we relied on our neighbors for AC recommendations. We ended up with All Year Cooling and it's a great journey.

In this hot summer, it becomes difficult when your AC goes out of service. I contacted many companies but they needed 2-3 days for repair and my family couldn't live that long without AC. All Year Cooling came like a breath of cool air and they repaired the AC urgently.

My AC unit flooded my whole condo because the company that installed the AC didn't finish the secondary drain line and it poured all the water straight on the water heater. Their technician did a great job and finished the PVC work. Thank you, my kids slept well last night.

One of my Ac units stopped working, and I called All Year Cooling to send someone over. They sent their technicians, and the whole mess was solved in 2 hours. Later, I replaced two Ac units, and their prices were competitive. This is a genuine shout out to them.

They have always been very nice and kind. I specifically asked them for a quiet unit but this system has not been quiet. They came out several times to try to make it quieter but they have never been able to fully do this. They said I would eventually get used to it but that has not been the case. I am still trying to get used to it but I am very disappointed with the noise it still makes.

They have been very good, very reasonably priced, competent, and friendly as well. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Amazing company that stands behind their product. I’ve installed 4 AC units with them in both my primary residence and rental units and they have always done a great job at the best price. I had a significant issue with a unit in my primary residence and the owner of company called me personally and really went out of his way to take care of the situation. THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM SOLD BY THIS COMPANY LASTS ONLY 5 YEARS INSTEAD OF 10/12 YEARS EVEN WITH A PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE. RESULTS: DAMAGES LIKE LEAKS AND BACTERIAS + THE COMPANY FORGOT TO REGISTER THE UNIT TO THE MANUFACTURER AS IT IS THE POLICY. LACK OF PROFESIONALISM! IS PRODUCT MADE IN CHINA? UPDATED(07/27/2019): I was very upset with the problems with my air conditioning. All year cooling has demonstrated professionalism in assessing the size of the problem and providing corrective solutions. I can say that the company is serious and trustworthy because it is listening to consumers in the after sales service. I will not hesitate to buy an air conditioning again because outside of the machine, I pay peace of mind. And that is priceless for me!

Arrival of technicians was timely as scheduled. More attention to not leaving dirty / wet footprints on internal floors would have been appreciated. Drops of some liquid occurred when the parts were being moved from the A/C unit location across my floors to the outdoor area where the coils were cleaned were difficult for me to scrub up after technicians departed. I do feel the technicians were honest and dependable. Calls to the company itself were usually met with voice mail requiring them to call me back. Would have preferred to have my calls answered directly, but return calls were generally dependable. Pricing for coil cleaning seems to be within parameters I found when inquiring online.

They did a great job. Very responsive. Good quality. They came out. It went out around 11:00 at night and I called them. There was a guy on call. Took my name down. They called me back the next morning. Had the air conditioner installed the following day. They gave me a competitive price. It was very responsive. They were very cooperative and I told them my wife was very uncomfortable the night we didn't have the air conditioning and we really wanted to have it ASAP. I'm sure they had other work, but they were able to get me in. They installed it on a Saturday. We were very satisfied and the air conditioner has been working well ever since. They did push for a maintenance plan for about $35 a month. That included duct inspection and inspection of the overall unit and so on and so forth. It was a little bit more than I wanted to spend. Being new and was probably not going to be living here for maybe another 4 years or so, I passed on that because budget is a little tight. They did a great job cleaning up. It took about 3 or 4 hours. They had to install the whole unit, the air handler, the condenser, the outside unit, the inside air handler unit in the garage. They had to do the whole system. They didn't have to do any duct work, fortunately, just the air conditioner system itself. I think some of that could have been closer to 3 hours. They had to wait on the delivery with it being such short notice. They had it in another warehouse or something. It was a unit they had available and they had somebody go and get it special but I think it probably would have been a 3 hour job.

The good news is that their customer service is responsive, except for management who never returned my call. I am not happy having to pay an expensive "distribution fee" for a new compressor every 2 years on a unit under extended warranty. We are on our 3rd compressor in 6 years, the fuse box has signs of a blow-out so there seems to be something wrong with the installation/electrical. AYC prefers to change the compressor regularly (at a non-negligible cost to me) rather than fix the cause of the problem. Every year since installation the a/c unit has failed. Last year when they came to fix the issue they said the problem was cause by a blockage (?) and recommended full preventative maintenance, which I accepted and paid for. This year the compressor blew. I can't figure out if I have a lemon, if the service guys lack competence, or if the company intentionally ensures something needs attention each year.
