Description of Work: All Year Cooling replaced a 2 ton AC system in one of our rental units. They were very price competitive and replaced the system within two days of our initial contact. They were very considerate of our tenant and followed through with the city until all inspections and permitting had been completed. I will certainly call them first for any AC needs we may have in the future.

Description of Work: I called them second, after not being satisfied with the availability and knowledge of another company I called. Our a/c died during a heat spell, and when I called All Year, the response was immediate, they could get someone out to actually do the work quickly, they were very patient and responsive to our many questions (which the other company wasn't, either). Very professional. They installed a new a/c system very professionally and efficiently. Owner (I think) called afterwards to assure our satisfaction. This is a very customer-oriented, family-run business that I highly recommend! Can't remember the total cost, but I think it was $2700.

Description of Work: I needed to replace an A/C unit, got three estimates, Allyear was the lowest price so I checked both the BBB and Angies list (97 reviews) and found them to be a reputable company. I scheduled the installation and a very professional three man crew showed up on time. They obviously knew their stuff, it was like watching a well choreographed dance routine - each man knew his part and they worked cooperatively to good effect. They were polite, professional, and quick (three hours on site.) They answered all of my questions patiently and comprehensively (I always have lots of questions - education does not stop when you finish school...) At the end of the day my new unit looks and performs perfectly. All seams well sealed with mastic and tape, new drain pan and line, new digital thermostat installed everything neat and tidy. I could not be more pleased with their service and when the big unit needs replacing (hopefully not for another few years...) I will not bother to get three estimates - I will just call Tommy at All Year Cooling and Heating.

Description of Work: I replaced a 10 year old air conditioning unit that still worked...wanted a more effiecient cost saving unit, did my homework and picked the top of the line trane model clean air effects....got several quotes and all year came in with best price.....installation was no problem, IT WORKED ONE DAY AND STOPED WORKING.....called all year, the serviceman did not seem to know what was wrong, did not seem to know the unit very well..the service man seemed to think that lightning had hit my house...REALLY everything else in my home was fine and working properly.......I was told they had to order a part ...IT TOOK TEN DAYS TO COME IT....TEN DAYS IN SOUTH FLORIDA HEAT WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING ON A BRAND NEW UNIT!!!!!!! two years after installation i get a call from all year that the city of pembroke pines is coming to inspect the unit...TWO YEARS!!!!....city inspector shows up ...seems all year installed an electrical box required for the unit with out a permit.....nothing for me to worry about city will contact all year....next thing I know I am getting letters from city that permit expired and no inspection called for by all year.....notified all year and finally situation resolved....FROM START A TOTALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH UNBELIEVABLE NEEDLESS AGRAVATION.....I WOULD NEVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING
