Description of Work: THE INSTALLER DID A WONDERFUL JOB PLACING THE POSTS AND WHEN WE NOTICED WE WERE MISSING A CAP THEY CAME PRETTY QUICKLY TO FIX THE SITUATION. THE ONLY THING WAS WITH PERMITTING THAT SOME INFORMATION WAS MISSING ON THE PERMIT AND IT DELAYED INSTALLATION. IT WAS ACTUALLY US THAT GOT IT MOVING.

Description of Work: Installed perimeter aluminum fence. Sales guy was not professional once the job began which took numerous calls. I would not use this company again. Just my opinion.

Description of Work: Severed sprinkler line and would not repair |Severed outdoor lighting line .. Would not return call to repair. Wrong concrete. Had to redo. Very frustrating and poor service. Would not respond to my phone calls after install. The first fence they brought out was damaged. I had to request another fence. I Had to hire other contractors to make right. Would never ever use this company again. I rated the price as a C but for the product I got the price should be an F. Overall a definite F.

Description of Work: All Fencing and Repair put in aluminum fencing around our property. We already had about half of our property fenced in due to existing fencing from our neighbors. They also placed gates on each side of our property. We were very pleased with the job they did.

Description of Work: Replace one side of my fence from wood to pvc. Cleanup was not very good on neighbor side. Workers did not speak any english. It's been a while can't remember exact date work was done.

Description of Work: I own a property management company and was looking for a company to fix a gate that is not working properly, so I called this company. The lady that picked up the phone was NOT knowledgeable at all, didn't even know what kind of service their company provides. She had to ask another person in the office and it was going back and forth, which was very annoying. She then gave me a phone number of their guy, so I can call them and discuss it with him. Last time I checked, I am the client and should be called not the other way around. A very, very poor start so I decided not to use the company. First impressions...... Poor customer service - period.

Description of Work: The materials used were substandard. 20-30 boards of wood replaced because they were cracking or cracked. How does that happen to pressure treated wood?

Description of Work: Back in November I found this company through Angie's List. Steve, the estimator came out & met with me. Gave me a price - $4388 plus permit fees. I said ok, wrote a check for $2200 and Steve said work would commence in 3 weeks. After 6 weeks, I began calling them. I called 3 days in a row. I spoke to Mary and Susie and they explained that everyone had gotten sick, and things were backed up. Finally the fence was put in. It was a good job and I paid the balance $2735.17. | |In April I called back, spoke to Steve. I wanted to relocate a part of the fence- it was too close to the garage door, and I wanted to put in an additional length to restrict my dogs. Again I paid Steve half - $800 and he said 3 weeks. After 5 weeks I made multiple phone calls - more excuses, and finally two workers came out and installed the fence. When I came home I looked at it - and did not like it, nor did my contractor. The gate was not level, they had left a mess. So the next day - I spoke to Mary and sent a picture. I explained I was unhappy. Her worker called and argued with me. I told him, "I'm not trying to be difficult, I do not like it." He was combative. Next Steve, the salesperson called and explained that if I wanted the gate level, I would have to add dirt and raise the ground. I said, "No problem, I will do that. |So the last I heard, they were going to fix the gate. So I waited and waited and 6 weeks went by. Then they tell me they are putting a lien on my property. I write to Vito the owner, I call and leave 2 messages. No response. Don't ever hire these people. I am having another fence company fix their mess. |They don't care about me, their job, or actually customer service in general. |

Description of Work: A written quote was submitted. However, the contact stopped answering emails and would not provide further information I requested. I wanted to proceed with the work but they would not get back to me. So, I went elsewhere. Weird.

Description of Work: The person answering the phone told me that they would have to charge me $2000.00 because I live in Dade county. She said they were too busy and that's why they had an extra charge.

Description of Work: Sat with salesperson and agreed to a gate for my house. |Salesperson after taking my $8000 did not contact me for weeks... After weeks and months of dealing and trying to finalize style of gate I finally complained to owners which they fired the salesperson. I gave them another chance with new salesperson but he dropped the ball. Spoke to owners and she agreed to return my deposit of over $8000. After a week no money was returned... I have file suit and is pending after trying to get money back. |I used them based on high recommendation but in my experience becarefull. I've seen good work from them but in my case it's more like a mini ponzi...

Description of Work: Install fence. Very bad experience. No return phone calls with problems. Severed landscape lighting. Severed other cables. Quality of work poor. Used wrong concrete to set posts. Attempted to give me inferior products.
