It was also at the height of supply chain issues and obtaining material to be delivered was quite a challenge. The only additional cost was that of the permit fees. We do no know what the fees will be until the city invoices us. We do not make a profit on the fees. I'm happy that we were able to work together and remember your pvc fence comes with a 25 year warranty on the material."

Right now if I were to take on your job you would have a 8 week wait period and for the scope of work you require it would be in your best interest to hire a handyman or another company that could accommodate you in a more timely manner. This was the worst job, all around, I have ever had done.
I made at least 25 calls to the company office to ask when they were starting, later to complain about the job & the installers & later to fight to have mistakes corrected.
Fencing materials were left all over our yard including a hack saw blade. The installers new we had a pet. I picked their garbage up all around our property. They parked their truck in the neighboring property that was being shown by realtors, & we didn't know where they were.
Finally another employee was sent out to fix some of the mistakes. The gate could not be opened because it was too close to the ground. 2 sections of fence were not secured to posts. A portion of the fence was installed on a hump & had to be taken down & moved. We now have holes left in the yard where the poles were first installed.
I paid a third of the final payment recently, but have decided not to pay the remaining balance until I am happy with my fence.
Please do yourself a favor & shop around.
This company made my life miserable for months.
