All Construction Systems

All Construction Systems is a Company that cares only about completing a job and getting paid,to getting paid in a timely manner they were always prompt to collect payments,the total opposite whenever a problem developed during the construction of my roof.The first problem to occur was the heavy trucks loading and unloading materials and debris in my driveway without protecting the driveway with plywood or other similar protectants.Daniel the owner of the company was notified every week for 3 years up until today and every week he is notified, he promises to correct the problem the following week,and he has been doing this for 3 years to present.The 2nd problem which occurred and fortunately my neighbor was outside taking pictures of his roof at the same time that it began raining and the workers took no precautions to prevent water damages until it stopped raining.This 2nd problem was the most destructive of all because as of today the inside damages which occurred due to negligence as yet to be addressed.The disregard for the customer elevated because we trusted Daniel and payed him in full before all problems were corrected,therefore he continued making weekly promises to correct his negligence and as of today have not done so.The 3rd problem which developed was my garage door glass broken by one of the heavy trucks,and again took many months before the problem was corrected,one of the many problem which occurred and as of to date Daniel continues to disregard us.The 4th problem created a health hazard for my wife which has COPD,water damages in the ceilings and again a total disregard.I am looking forward to Angi taking steps to remove All Construction Systems from their page until myself and others receives the attention to our problems that we rightly deserve.

Very sloppy and unprofessional. Took a month to dry in my roof. They would fix one leak and create 3 others with their carelessness. Used my ladder without asking. Broke several receptacle covers, landscape lights, sprinklers, etc. Workers left food and trash all over my property. They failed city inspections 5 times! They used my wicker chair as a step stool several times! End result poorly joined fascia boards, tar, foam and stucco on exposed white drip edge, tile, wood fence and screen room. And I was left with repairing my lawn and cleaning up the mess they left behind.

I was extremely cautious given the typically bad reputation that roofers have, but Daniel made me feel at ease with his knowledge and excellent communication. When it came to doing the work there was a big crew that was always on time and worked hard to complete the reroof beautifully and in record time. I'm incredibly happy that I trusted in Daniel and the ACS team!

It went very well. They were very easy to communicate with. Daniel was a very nice guy.

So far everything is perfectly okay.
