Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL we employ highly trained technicians whose goal is to make our company the best service company in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and the surrounding areas. Our company specializes in designing, engineering and installing complete comfort systems for owners of existing homes and buildings just like yours. Description of Work: Replaced A/C system - 5 ton unit. |A/c went out on a Saturday morning in October. My regular A/C repair company had plans to go fishing so I call Air Magic. They came out that morning and unfortunately found I needed a a new A/C system. (I knew I was on borrowed time with my 15 year old system that was requiring more and more maintenance.) Monday morning they installed the new system. | |BTW, my electric bill has decreased by more than 30% since the new system has been installed.

Description of Work: Came out to look at AC system and give quote to replace. The person who came was on time, courteous, friendly, through, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, their bid was higher than another installer.

Air Magic send somebody to inspect the place and give us a quote for the work to be done. We used a voucher from Angies List to do that. The voucher has been deducted from the final cost. After we agreed on the price, Air Magic send us the same guy to perform the job. This was very simple for as we didn't have to explain everything again. They have managed to do the balance very well, as the temperature in the house is now in all rooms nearly the same (±1°). The persons came on time and have been very polite. They performed their work with professionalism. They even explained to us how we can tweak the settings our-self to adapt if needed.
Description of Work: We used Air Magic to balance the temperature in the house and to install a bathroom fan.

I've used Air Magic off-and-on over the years when I run into the unfortunate situation of not getting cold air. They've always been extremely punctual, friendly, and reasonable to work with. On one occasion, Brian came out to my house and found my outdoor unit was totally out of coolant. He refilled my tank for me at a reasonable price. 2 months later my AC wasn't blowing cool air again so Brian came back out and spent almost an hour hunting for a leak. He finally found a big leak in the coils and recommended a new AC unit - due to the leak and age of my existing unit. He spent a whole hour working, quoted me a price on a new unit, and didn't even charge me for the service call! I thought this was very respectable. At the end I didn't end up using Air Magic to get my new AC, because their quoted price was $300-400 hundred dollars more than another company, but I still think Air Magic has amazing service -- their price is just a little high.

The day after the service call the installation work was completed by a team of two experienced installers. Instalaltion and cleanup was very good. We were also given advice regarding operation of the unit as well as advice for a follow-up inspection next season while under warranty. The Air Magic office registered all of our products with the manufacturers for our warranties . The office also took care of the obtainng the city permits and arranging the inspection.
Description of Work: We had a nonfunctioning rooftop airconditioner condenser at our condo that had been left unrepaired by the previous owners. AirMagic's team came out and diagnosed the problem and made recommendations to replace the rooftop unit and the indoor airhandler. They were also familiar with our building which is circa late 1960's

Had to have my outside ac unit replaced. Service was friendly, prompt and very professional. Will use again.
Description of Work: Compressor broke and condenser coils had a bad leak. All the fluid has leaked out within a few hours. Although, the technician said that the coil could be fixed, but will cause problems again. So I had the whole unit replaced.
