The team with Cecil and Steven did an incredible job. Everything arrived in my new apartment smoothly and communication was good with the head office. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job moving everything of mine from Maryland to Florida. I am very happy with how everything went.

If there was more space Id share more about this awful experience but unfortunately I'm limited on characters. I moved from Atlanta to Austin in December. I did a phone walk through of my house with Shane, who assured me that all of my items would fit in one truck though others told me I needed two trucks. When the arrived to load my things, the truck was almost full and there was still a ton of things not loaded. They had to get a storage unit and said they would deliver the remainder of my items in 4 weeks and we had to pay an additional $1500! They had to unload the truck to pick out items that we needed before 4 weeks. We did not finish loading until 1am (started at 11am). While they did end up delivering in 2 weeks, they sent ONE person to unload the remainder of the items and my husband had to help. He also said he could not go upstairs because we did not pay for that (which is where half of the items came from in our old house and were supposed to go in the new one).

Mark and Ian did a great job packing up all my items and delivering them to my new home. None of my fragile items were damaged. I would recommend agility van lines

The actual movers were very respectful and careful young men. The company was very upfront and kept me informed all along the way.

The whole team is great from beginning to end. Pricing is transparent and reasonable. They try their best to keep the promised schedule and give update promptly. Alfred and Mark are friendly and care for my furnitures.

This is the third time this company has moved my family belongings. Their in office personnel are efficient, understanding and so helpful. Their lead person and fellow workers were so kind, efficient and willing to carefully pack and place our boxes and furniture. The crew was exceptionally hard working and helpful with suggestions. Their pricing was competitive with other firms.

The move was exceptional from start to finish. The pricing was very reasonable, I was given a quote within minutes of speaking with John (Moving Consultant) there were no surprise fees or up charges. Ms. Denise was my contact person and she did my scheduling and kept me in the loop of the trucks location. She was a delight to work with and even called me after hours from home. I canâ t say enough about the moving crew Billly Jean, Lucas and Nate- they were superior! Very hard working, professionals yet kind, caring and had dynamic personalities! My things arrived intact without damage! These gentlemen made my move easy and worry free!

2 guys Daniel Toms and Elie Merzius, awesome team work! Very professional and care for my furnitures. Friendly and patiently whenever or whatever as I asked questions. Also they are continuously updated me about arrival time etc.. I definitely recommend that company and especially this great team! !

Shane started this process honest, professional and accurate. The estimate pricing was totally accurate. Ontario exceeded expectations. he was professional, knowledgeable ,Kind and a partner in my move. Cedric help tremendously. The care that was shown to â our memories â was a choice that allowed final delivery of perfection. There is no other choice.

Follow Up: Shane from Agility made good on his word and like in the "Good Old Days" we came to an understanding and agreement on a damaged item. Agility is a fair and trustworthy company in a sometimes untrustworthy world. We are safe and sound in North Carolina! I HIGHLY recommend contacting them for any moving needs you have! Danny Thomas and his crew 1st van were excellent but 55â Smart TVs were damaged. One was covered by the Best Buy warranty the other was not. Hoping Agility will step up and do the right thing. Next day, Luis and RJ unloaded the first full van. These two did an excellent job. This morning the van arrived a couple weeks late. I understand a couple of their moving vans broke down and I canâ t fault anyone for things that are out of their control. Nathaniel and Billy Jean unloaded carefully and with patience and respect the full truck of boxes and other items including my Nordic Track treadmill. An item that is not easy to maneuver. Nordic Track is fine! Kudos to Nathaniel and Billy Jean on a job well done. Zane, John and Denise were great representatives for Agility Van Lines were there every time we needed them. I highly recommend them for your next move. Good company!!!

Agility Van Lines is an awesome company. I used Ontario and Ian and my job was very successful. The team members were able to work together and get the best results. They were timely and experienced. We had a great experience with Agility van lines. Great customer service, and communication, as well as the quality of the move. Everything was delivered in perfect condition. Special shoutout to Cedrick, who did the actual move. Very friendly, pleasant to work with and efficient. Lastly, the pricing was well below other estimates we received, and we got over 14 other estimates. Would highly recommend Agility Van Lines to anyone looking for movers.

This is the second time I use Agility for out of state moves. First used them two years ago, the service was exceptional therefore didnâ t even call other companies for quotes this time around. Very professional, expedient and took great care of all of our belongings.

I would have preferred better communication regarding the timing of pickup and delivery of my items. I had to call in order to receive updates because they did not call me with an update. Overall it was a good experience. Special shout out to Richard and his crew (pick up) and Alfred and Cedric (delivery) for there excellent and careful work!!

Superb owner and team at Agility Van Lines. From the owner Shane, customer service Denise and my favorite packers and movers, Ontario Alvarez, AJ and Kendall five stars all around. I originally had another company set up to do my move but they turned out to be quite unreliable and worse than subpar. Talked to Shane at Agility Van Lines and within 10 days he had me scheduled, packed and loaded for the trip from FL to WI. More than a reasonable price and nothing but courteous, conscientious and professional by all. Excellent detail and care by Ontario, AJ and Kendall to the packing, loading, delivery and set up. I've moved from WI to TX and back. WI to FL and now back so I've had some of biggest named companies before but no one showed as much personal involvement, up to the date info at all times and sincere desire to make every aspect of this life changing situation for me as effortless and calm as these professionals. Across town or country, trust these people.

The team did a great job with our move from VA to SC.

I would like to thank Steve, Juan , and K( I couldn't remember his name, lol) . I had a long distance move from Tampa to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Included in the move were some sentimental antiques from my mother that meant a lot to me. These guys took their time and did it right. They were great guys and I appreciate them a lot. Agility Van Lines deserves more than 5 stars! I was so impressed with Agility that I added them to my contacts in my phone and email because if I ever move out of state again I am absolutely going to call them. They are Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating. My move went extremely smooth from start to finish. By the time I had my initial consultation with John I was certain that I wanted to secure Agility for my move. I was satisfied with the quote, and the price was reasonable. John was professional, very kind, and thoroughly explained the process of the move. After scheduling my move from SC to MA I received an email from Shane, the owner of Agility, to finalize everything. Although the email was thorough, I still called to confirm that I understood everything correctly. Shane was also very kind and professional. As it got closer to my moving date I received a call from Denise who gave me an update on where the drivers were in reference to their proximity to me. The day before my move Denise called me back to let me know approximately what time they would be getting to me. She was also very professional and kind. On the day of my move the movers called about an hour or two prior to let me know that I was their next stop. They called again to let me know that they were on the way. Richard, Vinno, Kirby, and Philip were the moving crew assigned to me. They arrived at the time that they said they would. They were professional and handled my items with great care. They stayed on task and got the job done quickly and efficiently, and they were friendly and cheerful the entire time. I also asked Agility if they could recommend an auto transport, and although they are not in the business of transporting cars they had a recommendation for me. That was also a pleasant experience. Agility Van Lines, from ownership to staffâ ¦..are the most reliable and trust worthy people. They care about your experience.
