The foreman and crew were outstanding. They helped me with a long distance move and ensured my items reached my new home without one scratch. There were no hidden fees and everything was explained to me by Denise and Shane. Highly recommend!

The team that picked up my furniture and belongings and delivered them were outstanding. They were kind and caring. Everything arrived in perfect condition due to their excellent process. They called frequently when they were on their way to give me updates. My move had to be emergently rescheduled because my dog was hospitalized and the owner of the company called and reassured me that I could change the dates. Be aware that there is up to a 4 day window between pick up and delivery so be sure you have plans to accommodate that. I trusted the team that worked with me and would highly recommend them. Price was very fair for Ohio to Delaware move.

Professional all the way

From my first phone call to Denise to Shaneâ s video estimate, to signing the contract with Richard to Richard and his assistants packing and moving my daughters belongings across states and everything was perfect! I was very nervous as I had never hired movers and heard nothing but horror stories but the staff at Agility (especially Denise) were always there to put my mind at ease. Everything was picked up and arrived on time (even a little early) and in the same condition they picked it up in. I would definitely recommend Agility.

I started off with a bad experience with my long-distance move but when I reach out to Agility and spoke with Shane, he kept it real and assured me that his company would take care of me. Teddy, Xavier, and Elijah were outstanding, professional, fast, and respectful. I loved the fact they loaded and unloaded my things and I did not get someone different. When I move again, I will definitely use this company again and request those guys. To anyone moving please be aware of moving companies that require you to pay a deposit with no refund. Be aware of most are brokers and not the actual company moving you. Just call Agility Van Lines, and they will take care of you. Request Teddy, Xavier, and Elijah.

***Updated Review*** Unfortunately the owner was unaware of my moving experience and after seeing my review, he did immediately reach out to me so he could understand exactly what went wrong with my move. He apologized for my experience and refunded all of the fees that I was not clear on. Very much appreciated. Customer service goes a very long way. Thank you Shane. I hired them for a move to Florida. With a heavy heart we are now not moving. I have been dealing with John and he has been so patient and understanding of our situation. They are a very honest company. I got my full deposit returned. I would definitely recommend Agility for your move. They explain everything and go over everything so no hidden costs. Agility Van Lines was very accommodating. The employees were pleasant and moved quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They moved us from Florida to South Carolina without damaging any of our items which included a large amount of glassware. Shane and Denise were very understanding of our needs and when we had to change the pickup date, they a accommodated us without a fuss. I highly recommend Agility for your moving needs. They know what they are doing when it comes moving.

They were very professional. Everything was packed carefully and arrived undamaged. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Most importantly, the fee that was quoted in the beginning, was what was charged at the completion.
