They were on time for pick up. Were friendly, and very careful with my furniture, especially my grandfather clock. Delivered on time with no damage and placed everything where I asked. First rate operation from start to finish.

I contracted with Agility in early April for an end of June move. After daily conversations, exhaustive coordination of shipping inventory and storage arrangements, Agility called and informed me that they could not make my pick up dates-5 days before my move. After informing them that I could not push back my pickup dates (new house owners taking possession of my house), Agility said that they were canceling my contract and would provide a refund of my deposit. I was left in the position of finding a new shipping company and ended up paying 5K extra for my move. Agility personnel, including the owner, were all consistently abrupt and uncompromising. When I asked for an explanation to their scheduling **situation** I was told that since my move was long distance, they had to drop me and focus on local moves to get back on schedule. When I questioned their business model and suggested they might prioritize by date of contract engagement, I was told that was not going to happen, so if you are hiring them to move you anywhere but around the block, you might think again.

Everything was to my satisfaction. Overall, everything turned out well.

Teddy and his crew were amazing!! These guys can move a house. I had a big house and a lot of stairs and they were fast, efficient and careful. My only criticism would be that they didn't send someone to look at my stuff because the truck wouldn't have been big enough if I hadn't done two trips with a U-haul myself.

This company was definitely worth every penny they made sure that my family and I were satisfied with the smooth process I want to say thank you to the workers as well as the staff members that made this go so smooth, as I promised, next time I move I will be calling you all. You all definitely deserve the highest of high ratings.

John promised me that I was the only one on the truck back on May 21st, when we signed the contract. Then on June 18th, the owner Shane, called me and said we were not the only ones on the truck. I reminded him about our agreement that if he did not deliver me on time, I would dispute the charges on my credit card. He then told me to find another mover......so if you are reading this and you wanted to give a family owned company a chance (as their reviews are not great), do yourself a favor and do nott use Agility.....

They worked with me all the way. I plan on using them again.

Move from North Carolina to North Florida Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Agility and cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone moving across state lines. Although I made reservations nearly two months prior to my move date, the movers were three days late arriving to pick up my possessions. Instead of the three-day delivery promise, my possessions were not delivered until 10 days later. I was promised a new delivery date that was changed each day after the late pickup. Important assurances made the salesperson were not upheld. 1st promise, the movers who picked up my things would also deliver them, did not happen. 2nd promise, they do not put their clients goods in storage; they put mine in storage and did not inform me until after it happened. Just as I feared, I had damaged goods and one box is still missing. John is a great salesman and Shane may be a well-intentioned owner, however, when it comes to logistics and communication, Agility is seriously lacking and if you are working with a timeline, they are definitely not the company to go with. Although the owner offered inconvenience and breakage credits lowering the cost of the move, the incompetency that I experienced cannot not be ignored.

They are awful! When we arrived in our new home and unpacked there was at least 1 broken item in every box. Boxes that had fragile items were plainly marked Fragile! That doesnt make a difference to them. Nothing was treated with care or respect. Our bikes are now scratched and scraped. There were two guys on this job. I knew we were in trouble when the guy who stayed on the truck and pulled items forward apologized to me and said he wasnt responsible for loading the truck. When I looked into the box truck most of our items were upside down and sideways. It looked as though someone stood at the end of the truck and threw our items onto it. They were unloading a dresser, it fell off the dolly and cracked the frame. The drivers solution was to hand me a few screws. That didnt work, the dresser ended up on the dumpster. I called the office they offered me .60 cents per cubic feet as compensation. Do not use this company.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Agility. They moved a baby grand piano from Ft. Myers, FL to Christiansburg, Va and went far and above our expectations. Jimmy, Cindy, and Shane provided complete customer service by keeping us updated and answering all our questions. Teddy and Tee who made the actual move were on time, very professional, and assured every detail for a safe and prompt delivery. We highly recommend anyone anticipating a local or long distance move, to use their services.
