The customer service was great. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant. However, they gave a two day window for a long distance move (90 miles) and still showed up outside of the window. They wanted to pack the truck in the middle of the night, which wasn't particularly safe and unload on a day outside of the delivery period. The owner quickly refunded my deposit.

Real professional, prompt, courteous, took great care in loading and unloading furniture on the truck. Did not waste time taking breaks. White glove service. Very pleased with company and would use them again.

They canceled on me two times after I rearranged my schedule to meet their needs. I could not get a hold of them when they were already running later only for them to finally call me back 4 hours later to tell me they weren t going to make it. I then proceeded to cancel their services completely. After I got my refund I then noticed that they went ahead and charged my credit card $1700 after I already had fired them. This company has terrible customer service. The guy who told me he was always available to call because he was in charge of the job I needed done was never available when I needed him and I honestly had never spoken to him again after the initial call to hire them. The is a horrible company and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Moving is always such a stressful experience and so expensive. Although Agility did a decent job in moving us from Valley Forge, PA to St Johns, FL, we had several problems with them. The first problem was they showed up so late to pack up our furniture that they didn't finish until 11 pm. When they showed up at our place in St. Johns, they disassembled several of furniture pieces incorrectly, the worst being the cat tower and our king-size bed. Our bed actually collapsed on us in the middle of the night which upset me the most. We also couldn't fit all our furniture on the truck so had to give away a lot of furniture or let it convey with the house. In all honesty, the crew worked very hard while they were packing and unpacking our belongings. They were just not as good at their job as I thought they should be. Hopefully I will never have to move again but if I do, I will probably try a different mover.

Alex's team was fantastic. Fantastic customer service, and went above and beyond to accommodate me. But the sales team that set up the job was very light on details which made for a very frustrating move. Had it not been for Alex and his team, I would've gone with a different company.

We were extremely pleased with the quality. Everything arrived on time and undamaged. The only blimp was the estimating process. Since the price is determined by the amount of cubic feet used, the price changed dramatically from the original estimate to the final. We were informed that the items were taking up more space than anticipated so therefore the price would be higher. Overall, I would recommend to others, just keep in mind that the price can fluctuate from start to finish.

terrible service. My stuff was not delivered for 3 weeks and was promised the next day. They put my things into storage and forgot about them. No communication except for their lies. Did not return phones calls. when finally delivery was made, they demanded more money and my antiques were broken and boxes looked like they had been through a war. Some boxes were missing. Very unprofessional men working for them and the owner completely a fraud. Too bad I can't give them 000.

The owner, Shane Young, is a bully who tries to bribe former clients into taking negative reviews down.

They didn't live up to the contract and do not hire.

We have moved a lot and with different companies but Agility Van Lines is far superior to anyone we have ever used.

The guys that showed up were very prompt, courteous, well-mannered, clean, and customer service was very attentive. They were able to handle our job at a very short notice which was very helpful.

I would love to give a full review, but the company sttod me up twice. On the third day, when they missed ANOTHER 4 hour window, I demanded my deposit, rented a U-Haul and drove my packed and waiting stuff to Chicago. Agility Van Lines never showed up, had lots of excuses, cost me an extra 5 days. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

I had Agility move me from MA to NC. I really liked how they kept in constant communication as to where they were at with the move and how things were going. I also liked their great price and their meeting of all promised timelines. There were no damages and no problems whatsoever.

They are very courteous, respectful, and took very good care of my belongings. I was very pleased!
