Excellent all the way around. Timely, price was good, and professional.

After scheduling the van weeks ahead of time, I receive a call at the last minute that they would not arrive on time, but would have to come 4-5 days later. Unacceptable! I had to press them to figure something out, which to their credit they finally did a day later. Additionally, They are quite bureaucratic and paper and email heavy be prepared. The actual movers were fine and polite.

I hired this company to move me from CT to Naples FL It was the LEAST professional company that I have EVER encountered. The final bill was more than twice the estimate, they came for pick up 4 days late-AFTER I had left CT so I had to pay someone to supervise the move from CT to FL. Delivery was 5 days late An antique table was destroyed and they tried to glue it together with white Elmer's Glue. The driver and 2 helpers were in shorts and T-shirts and looked like they were still in High School. To top it all off, the driver told me that I was the third person he had made cry that day!! This was definitely one of the worst experiences of my life!!!!! I wish you allowed NEGATIVE STARS!!!

I would never recommend this company. Excellent customer service by the receptionist and the movers. The owner and John were not helpful and not willing to compromise. The very short version is that I was told by John to that I would have the truck to myself. I paid extra for this. The movers told me they would be at my house at 7:30 p.m. They didn't get to my house until 11 pm. and already had another load on their truck. All of my belongings didn't fit on the truck. John told me he would have never said that I had the truck to myself but they were very specific reasons why I wanted the truck to myself and which is why I paid more. The owner said that he was going to give me a discount to deliver the rest of the stuff I believe they should have done it for free. Horrible customer service. As an owner you can't always side with your employee and assume he is not lying. I saw all the positive reviews on this site which is why I went with them. If you go on to other sites Agility's ratings aren't positive I'm sorry I didn't look at other ratings first.

They did an excellent job. They wrapped everything so that nothing would be damaged. They were very polite and professional with the whole job. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. I had Ontario, Duke and Raymond come out for this move and they worked well and efficiently together.

Jacksonville FL My recent experience in moving using Agility Van Lines was completed without any problems. Alex and his team deserve high praise for all their efforts to ensure my move went smoothly. After I made the call to Agility and informed them when I wanted to move, Agility made several phone calls thanking me for choosing them and verified that a movers would be at the house to pack and load on the day I chose to move. A couple of days before the moving date, Agility called to verify my intent to move and that the moving date was still the same. On the day before the move, Alex texted and gave me a 2 hour window when he and his team would arrive. He texted the next day to let me know that he would be there in an hour. He arrived exactly on time. He and his team took extreme care to wrap up all my furniture in bubble wrap or blankets and to ensure all glass items were protected and boxed up to prevent breakage and then loaded everything into the moving van. Before leaving on the nearly 9 hour drive to the storage facility,Alex and I agreed upon a time to meet the next day. He arrived at the storage facility at the agreed time and unloaded the furniture . Alex wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied with everything about the move from packing to loading and unloading. I was overjoyed about how well the move went and am very satisfied with his moving skills and his desire to provide excellent customer service from first contact until the job was completed. Again, a big thanks and appreciation from me. I will definitely call Agility Van Lines and request Alex if and when the need to move again arises.

They were very good, not one thing broken, they were very careful. Everything was put back where it was supposed to be. Very nice and polite. They came on time exactly when they said they would, and took the trash away. I was moving from house to an apartment, and still had some big things; my master bedroom made things difficult. They rearranged things twice, so that I could access everything. They saved me from a lot of stress!

They guys were efficient, worked hard and I was satisfied.

They took great care of my furniture as if it were my own and they worked very quickly.

We had a lot of stress trying to figure out our moving from Florida to NJ, too many phone calls from too many moving companies and then we talked to John and we felt comfortable making a decision and now we know we made the right one. Cornelius and his crew are the best, they did their best to accommodate our needs, they were prompt and courteous and careful handling our stuff. They picked up Thursday in Florida and delivered Sunday in NJ. We could not ask for a better service. Five Stars to Agility.

Moving in general is stressful. We moved from Ohio to Florida. Agility Van lines where professional from the first contact with Angelo with our estimate. Shane was great with emailing and calling to calm my nerves about pick up. The pick up and delivery crew of Alex, Kirk and Damion where so great to work with. They were professional, hardworking, and the communication of pick up and deliver was excellent. They went the extra mile to assure our move was successful and less stressful. We would highly recommend using this company.

I would request Alfred,Cedric, and Dominique if I had to move again! These 3 guys are awesome and excellent handling any furniture, and so polite!
