Picked up a day late plus 3 hours, had to call driver and was told he was supposed to call me but fell asleep. Delivered a day late, requested/begged for 6-13 delivery, received 6-18 late afternoon. I am retired widow and had son here to assist but after changing his flight 3 times, I told him to go back home. Damage to most of my furniture; still unpacking so will update when finished and see how my claim is handled.

Embarrassingly bad service. The salesperson outright lied to us about what was included in the service. Full pack and unpack and does not mean unpack at all, just unload the van. Professional packers managed to destroy paintings, lamps, dishes, artwork, clothes. Mostly because they literally just dumped our belongings into the largest boxes they were able to buy at Home Depot the night before. We were told the movers were coming on Wednesday, then they did not show up until Thursday. Then when we called the office to ask about the discrepancy, we were told it was our fault. It was our fault for not estimating how big of a truck they should send. It was our fault for not understanding that full pack and unpack meant unload, but not unpack. Our quote jumped from $7,000 to $9,400. I am embarrassed to have given them my money. Stay away from this company! They are shady, and unprofessional. Shame on them.

I knew nothing about moving out of state and Michael took the time and energy to educate me about the process. We went room by room to discuss what would be taken for the move and he went above and beyond to explain everything we needed to make the most informed decision.

Great people and service.

This was our first time moving and they put us at ease, they were just awesome. If there's anything that can speak well of them it's that I would highly recommend them.

Elie, Ricardo, and Kevin were great. They packed my belongings incredibly well. They were on time and packed efficiently. They communicated well during the entire move. John (my direct contact at Agility) was always responsive and accurate with the answers to my questions. I would recommend them highly and would use them again.

I would recommend them to absolutely anybody that needs a moving service! They are a great company! The drivers, Rico, Eli and Kevin, stayed in touch throughout the whole process, from pickup to delivery. I could not have asked for a better moving company or personnel. They were professional! They cared about everything they put on that truck! I am so happy! If I ever need someone again, I would call them without hesitation! -Carolyn

The move went well but I was very disappointed in the final price as it was substantially more than the estimate given to us. The furniture took up more space in the truck than we were originally quoted so the cost was much higher. This all happened the day of the move so there was not much we could do about it. The three movers were easy to work with and very accommodating and our furniture arrived in good condition. It was a successful out-of-state move.

Great people to deal with. Kudos to Michael who was our original representative. He is just the right person that you need to deal with because moving at its best is extremely hard and very very stressful. The only hiccup was that Michael became ill several weeks before the move. But overall I d have to say the movers who came to our home-Ontario and Ian were stellar in every way to deal with and took such care with our belongings. Denise in the office was amazing. She s incredible to deal with and very kind. Even when we had a few challenges in the process Shane Young, the owner went the extra mile to make our move exceptional. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines to you.

Agility Van lines is a classic bait and switch company. The first set of movers were awful. I am not sure if they are coached to nickel and dime the customers as much as possible throughout the day. We paid more than 2K over the original estimate. There is a major issue with dispatch, giving incorrect moving dates, which is a huge problem for coordinating closing dates on house sales. Movers lost items and damaged items (rugs, mattresses, lamps, and so on). Wrapped things that did not need to be wrapped and did not wrap items that should have been wrapped. Stay away from this company. Far away. The owner refuses to talk to us - wants us to go through the third-party claims company for all communication. I have never written a negative review in my life. I am just trying to save others from the same mistake.

The crew was very good. Prompt, polite, quick, and clean. Alex, the crew leader was extremely good keeping the crew moving and showing them where to put things in a most efficient manor.

Karl Lee, Aaron Johnson, and Alfred Rodney our movers were absolutely the best. They took great care of our furniture, pictures, etc.. in our move from IN to FL. All 3 were professional, polite, and very courteous. I would recommend these 3 movers to anyone. Now as far as scheduling that is a different story. I was told/scheduled by Michael that the pick up would be May 2 or 3. They showed up on the afternoon of May 4, which caused me to miss a day of work on my new job. Delivery was set for Thursday May 7th but our furniture didn't show until Saturday evening May 9th. We had Mother's Day Plans that we had to cut short. In fairness to Shane and Agility, they did knock off some money for the fact I had to miss work, so a big reason I put down I would recommend to family and others. So, if you are flexible on moving dates these guys took great care of our stuff. We had no broken or damaged items in the move. I would recommend Agility if you are flexible.

Movers were polite and efficient. My issues were the late time of arrival on the first day due to the movers driving from a distant location and this affected the entire move which had move out and move in restrictions . The move involved 2 households moving out of Virginia and moving into South Carolina.

They left behind several pieces of our furniture. Did not show up within the 5 days **guaranteed** window. They only had 2 guys to unload a 26-foot truck. If not for our son helping them and several of us removing all the wrapping and we putting all the furniture back together, they would have been here 7-8 hours instead of 4.

Dont hire them they were late on both made me think they would be on time on the date decided then called less than 24 hours to change it knowing full well I had to be there. They showed on a Sunday night and left around midnight quoted was for 2400 after getting they said it will change to 4400. I have already told all the Military TMO about them and I packed all my stuff. No I would never recommend them they liars and thieves with absolutely no integrity. I hire them because they said they could make the time line cost me four days pay

After I contacted Home Advisor I heard from the moving company (Agility Van Lines) within 5 minutes. In fact the owner himself called me. I had an estimate within minutes and he never varied from this amount. More than honest, polite, and courteous! I highly recommend this efficient company.

This company was fantastic. We had to change our moving dates twice and they didn't bat an eye. They were flexible and professional throughout the whole move. If you need move long distance, this is where to look.

John, Denise, Teddy and his Crew were amazing. They ensured we were able to stick to our planned move-out date, even with the Covid-19 schedule disruptions. Our furniture is now in storage with Agility and we look forward to working with them again once we are ready to receive our furniture. Their service was timely and thorough.

I hired thus company to come early Saturday morning, but they said they could not show up between 2p-6p. So I rescheduled for Sunday morning, which the drivers were unaware of the change. So they still didn't come until close to 6 pm Sunday. They worked late but had to stop loading due to the amount of work hours they had worked total from the previoud job before mine. So they came back Monday near afternoon to finish loading then unloaded in other house. They worked close to 7 pm. Two of the workers had bad attitudes and was ready to go and stopped working several times. The 3rd worker was excellent. My family and I had to get a hotel when they stopped Sunday night because our bed was packed up. The owner did refund the money for our hotel stay. This company books more than one move in a day is why the service is not great

The guys at Agility did a great job for me from start to finish! Michael, my sales rep, was patient and explained everything about the process. He made me feel secure and confident that I was making the right choice. Shane took care of scheduling and contacted me and explained any changes to scheduling. But the best part of my move was Alfred, Sal and Aaron (in no particular order) who did a fantastic job of actually moving my things. They were more careful with my furniture than I would have been, and made me very glad I hired Agility instead of trying to do this move through U-Haul. All three were complete professionals, respectful, easy to work with, and kept me informed throughout the process from pickup through delivery. I will definitely contact Agility in the future if I have a move, and have recommended them to my friends. I would also request Alfred, Sal and Aaron when I need assistance with moving.
