This company does not meet expectations. I?m still waiting on my complete inventory after almost 1 month. How do you deliver a bed with no box spring and just the mattress? Damaged walls on home during pickup of furniture. Split delivery of inventory after almost 1 month. Poor communication of delivery timelines. Thoroughly disappointed. Consider alternatives carefully.

Agility Van Lines Inc. Provides excellent customer service and truly takes great care packing and moving valuable household property. They are courteous and very professional and stay with you from the first call until delivering your peoperty to its final destination. So glad I used Agility Van Lines Inc!!!

Agility was very affordable. The first few other quotes I received were much higher for a very small amount of furniture. The company communicates very well. They followed up frequently leading up to the move and during. Their staff are very professional and considerate. We had a good experience on both ends with two different crews of movers. Everything arrived in good condition. Would use them again.

We strongly recommend Agility Van Lines. At the beginning of our communication I was somewhat confused about how we would be able to LIST every single item that was to go into the truck. It left us wondering how it could all work our it we forgot to list some precious items. However, as soon as it was made clear to us that we could rent the entire truck storage rather than by the cubic feet filled, it totally relieved my mind. The final cost was exactly what John, the booking agent, said it would be. The coast was somewhat more that we had originally intended, but it was worth every penny. Every step in the process was exactly as John described from the moment of packing and pickup in Western North Carolina to the end point in Ocala, Florida. The three man team, Garth the driver and his two partners, were perfect gentlemen with abundant energy and enthusiasm for the job. They were polite, professional and personable while exhibiting efficiency and effectiveness for the job at hand. I am pleased to recommend Agility Van Lines for your move. Over the years, I have made several moves across states and I appreciated the level of communication from Denise throughout the process. She was great about letting me know the status, especially with it being a challenging time during the pandemic. I am grateful to Ricardo for ensuring a smooth delivery and happy the way he and Paul were very careful about my walls. They were meticulous with wrapping my lamps, pictures and furniture and carefully navigated a two-part delivery between my house and storage. Finally, I appreciate Shane working with me through the process. Moving can be daunting, but with Agility you are in good hands.

Delroy and Mark were very helpful movers, very kind, and made the process very easy. The experience was not all that well, quite stressful- but, I still recommend the company. The people at the Agility Movers office were so very kind!

John was honest with his quote minus all the slick talking. The movers came on time, were professional and completed the move without any issues.

Could not have asked for a better moving crew than the one lead by Teddy. He had a new employee and proved that he was a master at training others all the while getting the job done. The Agility office staff were polite and knowledgeable. We had an outstanding team of experienced long distance movers, headed by Aaron Johnson, and his team members Nijah McDuffie and Karl Lee. They arrived when they said they would, communicated with us very dependably throughout the entire moving process, and were very careful and conscientious with our furniture and other belongings. So things started out a little rocky and it was confusing on exactly how the move would go but once the movers showed up they were fantastic. Extremely professional and they made the experience worth it. People tell you horror stories about moving and stuff missing or being broken. I m here to tell you these guys were such pros that everything was perfect we had zero damage and zero breakage. 10 out of 10 for the movers specifically. They work long hard hours and treated us ann NC our stuff with respect. Ask for Ricardo and Paul as your movers if possible because they are top-notch.

This company runs on bait and switch. They quoted me a price to move from MD to NC. Three days before my move they raised the price over $3,000 - a 38% price increase. The contract stipulated pickup on June 28-29. They did not complete pickup until June 30, endangering the sale of my house. Contract stipulated delivery July 8-13. They did not deliver until July 15. Many items were scratched and some broken. Whatever you do, do not hire Agility Van Lines! It is the worst consumer experience I have ever had.

Everyone at Agility was kind and professional. They gave us a realistic window for pickup and delivery and was able to stick to there promises. Teddy and Mark were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our move as painless as possible. Don't hesitate to call Agility for your move.

The movers were very strong and very careful. We underestimated the boxes needed and wrapping material and needed to get more supplies and the actual cost was more than estimated

The movers were all polite and courteous. The pick up and delivery process went very smoothly.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The movers were thin but did their job better than some muscular men.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Quality movers with fair prices. From start to finish, everything was handled in a careful and professional way. We have moved many times and by far, these movers were the best!

Thereâ s no way I can recommend Agility Van Lines for your move. Here was my experience: I booked a specific range of dates for my move because I was going to be in town to finish packing and to make sure the move went well. I was promised that one of those dates, Saturday or Sunday, would work. On Wednesday, I got a phone call to check in and was told it would definitely be Sunday. On Thursday, I got a phone call to finalize the inventory and was told Sunday was the day. But on Saturday a completely different person called to say no one was available on Sunday. I told them that wouldnâ t work because I had to get back to work. They said they would call back. Hours later, no one called, so I called instead and left a message. The owner, Shane, called me and said Sunday would work. A driver was in the area and would be available for the move. The driver would call late Saturday night to give me a window. No one called Saturday night. Sunday, around Noon, I called Shane again and told him no driver ever called me. Thatâ s when he told me no one would be coming. I told him that wouldnâ t work and he needed to find someone. He said he couldnâ t, that things happen that are out of his control. I asked him if that was all he had to say to me. I had to prod before he eventually said all he could do was offer me the equivalent of one hotel night for my inconvenience, or $150. I told him Iâ d have to take a day off and that would cost me a lot more than $150. He said thatâ s all he could do. I told him he could do more if he wanted to but that he didnâ t want to and that the way he conducted business would certainly be reflected in my review. At that point, he suggested I was blackmailing him, that if he didnâ t give me more money, Iâ d write a bad review. Of course, I said no such thing. At that point, he said Iâ m not the kind of customer he wants and that I should cancel and heâ d refund my deposit. I was furious at that point but didnâ t want to make a rash decision. I told him Iâ d call him back. I spoke to my wife and we decided to cancel even though we had a short window to move before our house closed. I called Shane back and told him. A couple hours later, Shane called back and offered more money, close to what I would have lost in a dayâ s work, to keep our business, apologizing for the previous interaction. I spoke again with my wife and we decided to take the offer. I wish we hadnâ t. Shane asked us to pick a date and time and he would make it work. We chose Wednesday around Noon. My father came in from out of town to handle overseeing the move as I had to get back home to work. Once again, the driver never called to give us a window. On Wednesday morning, I had to call and was told the time should work that we had provided but the driver would call. When the driver called, I was given a window of 4pm to 7pmâ ¦ so not Noon. They finally arrived around 4:30pm. At 7:30pm, my Dad asked how much longer it would be. The movers told him they werenâ t going to finish that night because they were reaching their hours limit. Thatâ s the first we heard of that. After rescheduling for a time that worked and changing my fatherâ s schedule for the one day he would be in town, they werenâ t going to finish. My Dad got on the phone with Shane dumbfounded that they would again be jerking us around. He may have used some language you donâ t use around kids. After my Dad told me what we going on, I called Shane who decided the biggest issue to discuss was how disrespectful my Dad was to him over the phone. Itâ s truly amazing how clueless Shane is about how business should be done. I was getting jerked around again and this time my Dad was getting caught in the crossfire. At that point, there was nothing that could be done. The movers left and returned the next morning to finish loading. They arrived two days later at our new house and unloaded rel...

We were very happy with the service we received. The movers were new to the company, which I was a little unsettled about at first, but as the quickly got to work, we could see they were experienced, and professional. We actually had a good time chatting with them, as they packed us up, and got ready to leave. Our moving in day was pretty smooth, they unpacked the truck quickly and set up the furniture and boxes as asked..All in all a really good experience!!

This company was great to work with. Everyone was efficient, did what they said they were going to do, rolled with changes in the schedule without a problem. They were on time to pick up, my stuff went to storage for a month because of a change in my plans, they delivered when they said they would and all of my things were in perfect condition. I interviewed several companies for our move, from local-owned to national chains. The fee national chains levied was outrageous and while some locally-owned companies' fees were lower, it was clear that they weren't equipped to do the job. Agility Van Lines was a balance of both; their fees were reasonable, but not the least expensive, and they had the well-maintained equipment and experience to get the job done right. The office staff I dealt with on the phone (John, Shane, Denise) were exceptionally friendly, responsive and effective in everything they did: things happened when they said they would, phone calls were answered promptly and they were always professional. The crew that loaded us, led by Ricardo, was exceptionally competent, thorough and careful. All had great attitudes, very positive. They bundled furniture so it looked like it came wrapped from the factory. Handled fragile items like eggs. Ricardo is a master at packing the truck; not an inch of wasted space. They worked hard, never wasted a minute. Overall, a 5-star rating. The only suggestion I'd make to the leadership/office staff is to refine the video-estimate process. Due to time constraints and the Covid pandemic, they didn't come to the house to do a physical pre-estimate visit; we did it via video. In the end, the 26-foot truck wasn't quite big enough. However, this was a new process for them and I think if they work on ways to better estimate the total load via video, they'll get better at it. This will help customers, and also the crew tasked with packing and loading.
