The packing crew of Teddy, Sam and Mark were exceptional - they took great care with our belongings and ensured that everything was well packed and inventoried. Also, the moving crew of Ricardo, Joel, and Delroy were very professional and over the top helpful - they worked tirelessly to load, unload and reassemble our belongings. Every aspect of the estimate - schedule, cost, volume of stuff. After a two hour video call showing each and every item the truck sent is not big enough. Arrived a day later , spent 12 hours loading, left behind 20% stuff behind. I can not believe someone who is 20 years in business can be off by so much. It is just a truck to get you signed. Once after you pay the advance the true colors of this mover reveal. Think before you make your decision if you want your move to be smooth.

movers, orin, paul, & jonathon were wonderful as was denise. we had some timing problems however they could have been avoided with more explanation in the beginning. in the end, all of our furniture arrived unscathed. we would recommend them.

I have not decided whether I would recommend Agility Van Lines because they have not finished the job as of yet. Nijah, Henry, and Malcheous picked up my furniture last night. Their schedule got them to us late and they were very apologetic. All of them were very professional and polite. Every item that we saw them handle seemed to be processed and protected quickly and carefully. As time got closer to my move date, however, the communication with the office staff (John and Denise) reduced instead of increasing to ensure the move was as smooth as possible. My pick update was the last possible day and time pursuant to our contract for my long-distance move. I will update this review when the job is finished!

Jonathan, Oren and Paul did a great job loading and unloading my household goods. John did a great job estimating my costs so I didnâ t owe anything extra. I wish the scheduling had been better they did not pick up my load in the two day window that was provided and that put my entire move behind schedule.

Moving personnel were professional, courteous and accommodating. John, senior moving consultant was courteous and knowledgeable. Loading personnel were well supervised, by Paul I believe, and they were careful, fast and courteous. All of my experiences with Agility Van Lines, during this move, were exceptional.

Agility helped us with a great move. The arrived on time, were friendly and helpful people and took great care with our items. I highly recommend them!

They were a total inconvenience and an overall disappointment. They give 2-day windows with 4-hour windows. They do not keep you updated on those. I learned on Thursday night that the move would be on Friday afternoon. That put my move 2 days behind. I said alright because I thought was saving a lot of money. However, the estimate turned out to off be quite a bit off. the total price turned out to be a lot more than the estimate I was quoted. In my opinion, I did not add several hundred dollars worth of stuff. Then when it came to dropping my stuff off 1st it would be on a Saturday, then Monday, then Tuesday. This all cost me hotel fees. When it did show up I was informed I had to pay cash to get my stuff back. Do yourself a favor and hire any other moving company besides this one. On top of all this, there were multiple pieces of furniture that were damaged.

Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone. They left part of my household goods in my home. They underestimated how much I had and could not fit on their truck. They left it there and it cost me $2200 to get another company to pick up and move it.

Johnathan, Oren, and Paul did a fantastic job of packing up the house and getting me set up in my new place. I feel they may need to update their standards on estimated cubic feet for furniture sizes. What they predicted and what my furniture ended up being caused a difference in price after the fact.

Daniel, Paul and Millard helped us with our move, and they were super! The actual guys who did the move were super! However, the company did not deliver in the time frame which they said they would, and they were not up front about where our possessions were located, and being stored. Past delivery date my more than a week!

Very poor company. Buyer beware.

Daniel Thomas (foreman), Paul and Millard were the crew on the job. They did great! Efficient and professional!

Agility was very accommodating, got us in the schedule quickly and the owner personally helped make it happen. The movers were professional and did a great job. My first move without type of damage to my belongings. They recommended an auto shipper who also was great to do business with. Iâ d definitely recommend Agility.

From the start to the finish, Agility Van Lines and their workers were absolutely top notch. Their service was incredible. Everything was handled with care...completely and professionally wrapped for safety, and delivered and placed where requested. I highly recommend this moving company. The office staff, especially Denise, is a pleasure to do business with and John and Shane were equally efficient. We highly recommend Agility Van Lines.

Did not meet time frame planned, pushing move past closing of house.Took 3 weeks, multiple calls for delivery. Office would say they would call with update and did not.

They took great care of my belongings and provided speedy service. Nijah, Harry, and Paul are the best.

Movers destroyed our stuff. They had no idea how to assemble the furniture. The beds were not put together. The dining room table was ruined when attaching the base to the tabletop they drilled right through the table in 2 different areas. They broke one of the dining room chairs and put it in the basement, so we did not see it until later. They destroyed a coat rack and my husband Big green egg by breaking the top and the stand. Also, some boxes were destroyed and put in garbage bags with the contents. The movers should know how to put things like beds together and they need to make sure that screws and bolts removed from the furniture are attached to the piece of furniture that was disassembled instead of looking for that for hours. The movers should also be dressed so that their pants are not falling down while trying to carry heavy things into your home. No one is interested in seeing their underwear, as well as being a safety issue. The only one that was always helpful was Denise. She is always on top of things and remembers you when you call.

We had a great experience working with Agility Van Lines. Specifically, Aaron Johnson, Aarin Johnson and Orrin Scott went above and beyond to ensure our move was on-time and easy. They even unloaded our move in the rain, taking extra care to lay down temporary carpet and cover all furniture so they would not create a mess. Thank you!!

The staff of Agility Van Lines is super: from Denise in the office to our driver/mover named Teddy and his assistant Noel...all were GREAT to work with! Our furniture was moved professionally and with great care...and we recommend them heartily. Their pricing was reasonable compared with other companies that we had considered. My only suggestion to other consumers is to be sure to fully understand the timing ramifications of a long-distance move....since the driver & crew are limited by law (for important safety reasons) how many continual hours they can log. Because of this mandatory log book process, in our case, there was a delay in our pickup time (and thus, also a delay in our delivery time) since the guys were 'locked down' for a rest period because their previous pickup/delivery ran overly long. Ultimately, tho, our move was a success, thanks to the hard work of their staff.
