Very satisfied with all of services provided by Agility from my initial inquiry stage all the way through out of town delivery. All crews worked in a highly professional and efficient manner. The office responded in a timely manner to all of my inquiries, and kept me fully informed throughout the move process. The agreed scheduling and pricing was respected which was much appreciated. No hesitancy in recommending Agility Van Lines.

Dont use this company. It will be your worse nightmare. They sound great and the sales guy will make it seem like they are so together but they will lie to you over and over and youd be better moving yourself with rented truck and hired hands from U-Haul.

Everything was really protected. Blanketed, shrink wrapped, boxed. Everything arrived in perfect condition even though I had packed all smaller boxes myself. The crew on both ends were pleasant and efficient.

Doubled initial estimate at pickup. we had to move that day because home was sold. They had us trapped. Suspect underbidding scam.

They are very efficient, all people I dealt with were courteous, helpful and well mannered. Alfred, Paul and Junior were neat, meticulous and always answered any of my requests. I would definitely use them again, and the home office checked on how it was going every day of the move and Denise was very good to work with and she helped solve a couple of problems that came up. They made it work out. It was my first long distance move and I was dreading it. They made it so much easier. Alfred, the supervisor was very business-like. Denise was super! Everybody in their home office was great.

Ricardo was the lead man and he had his partner with him. They were very good at using space well to keep from using too much square footage. They prepped everything for safe transporting. I have already referred this company to 2 of our family members who are moving long distance

I hired agility to move me long distance out of state. Ricardo, Avery, Aaron and Roy were very nice and professional. They finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Ricardo and his team and I am hoping they are the ones that unpack me in my new home.

I had a good experience with Agility Van Lines. John and Denise were super helpful and available, even after business hours. The crew that picked up and delivered did a great job. They were very friendly and professional. I had slight difficulties with scheduling, but it did not make a big difference overall. The move got pushed back two days from what was initially scheduled. Then, the movers had to pick up during the evening and then get the second load in the morning, which delayed me in being able to depart. Overall, though, I had a good experience and would use Agility again.

Full service move from Pennsylvania to Florida. Highly recommend!

The crew was meticulous and professional. I would use Johnathan and his teammate again. Furniture was wrapped and well protected. Once the load was picked up, the delivery was ahead of promised date.

I was satisfied with the overall performance. I would give a special shout out to the driver, Teddy, and his driver. I believe the way he delivered and stacked the unit... He saved from having to rent a second unit.

Late to arrive, inept, rude, whiny, unapologetic. So lazy, I just told them to put most stuff in the garage upon delivery because they were ruining my stairs with the dolly. Defensive, dismissive, and braggadocio. I had to hire movers to finish the job.

I have used movers in the past but I have never had such an amazing experience as with Agility movers. John was the first person I spoke with. He answered a million of my questions in a very professional and understanding way. Through the process of the move I text and called John many times. Every call was answered and every text was returned very quickly. If I were John I think I would have blocked me. He was so patient and professional. Then the day of the move came... I had boxes and furniture and many loose items everywhere. Upstairs, downstairs, bathrooms etc. Henry kept in contact with me from the morning of the move until he and his team got to my house. Henry, Nijah and Malcheous came in and looked at what was being moved. These three men were incredibly professional and competent. Every worry and concern I had went away after talking to them and watching the care they took in wrapping up all of my belongings. I wish I could give each of them 10 stars! They went well above and beyond what was expected of them and they all did it with a smile. The day after the move Denise reached out to me to make sure everything went well and I was satisfied. I could tell she truly cared. The people that work at Agility are second to none! This is the ONLY company I will ever call for any type of a move. The level of caring and professionalism from each and every one of the people I dealt with there has been absolutely refreshing! TEN STARS!!!

I checked with other moving companies and Agility had the best bang for the buck. They are not like the impersonal "big box" moving companies. From John who set up the move to Denise who graciously coordinated it to the guys at the "tip of the spear" who delivered our goods - Ontario and Paul - they were all exceptionally easy to work with, concerned with doing a good job, courteous and helpful. We weren't just a number. It was people dealing with people. I'd recommend them to others in a heart beat.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The hard part is not having an exact day of when theyâ re coming until about 24 hours out so you have to be flexible. Also they pushed my original move out date a day back which caused me to make some travel changes. But for my schedule, it wasnâ t a big deal. Alex was my head mover and he was amazing. He kept the other 2 men in line and made sure everything was moved efficiently and safely. He took that stress off me.

This company was professional, true to their word, did exactly what they said they would do and got the job done! Happy we went with Agility. Called many, many other movers, but glad we went with this company. Easy to reach, pleasant and no harassment. Other companies customer service just calling for a quote was challenging. The movers were thorough. They own their own trucks, the movers that pack your belongings stay with your furniture till itâ s delivered to your new location. I would recommend agility for your moving experience.
