The customer service team was informative and responsive throughout the process. Cornelius and the moving crew arrived on-time, handled and wrapped my belongings with care. They made the delivery appointment on-time and everything arrived in good condition. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The expertise of Ontario and his crew was so evident in the care they took with my household belongings. Their professionalism was truly appreciated during the stresses of moving.

Agility delivered as promised. They did not charge us more than what was estimated, nothing was lost and nothing was broken. They arrived at our new home within the timeframe provided. All of this was a welcome surprise to us as a few months earlier our daughter had made a similar move with a different company and everything stated above was the exact opposite with her move. With Agility, we had absolutely no complaints. We would gladly choose them again if the need arises.

The movers that came into my home were professional and courteous. They took their time to wrap the large items as to not damage them. My items did not arrive in the time frame that I was told but the company stayed in contact with me to let me know and was delivered a few days later. I was told what not to ship just in case of any delays with my delivery. The open line of communication Wes important to me and had me at ease. Overall I would hire this company again for any move I may make out of state. You just can’t beat the price and service. Thank you Agility for your professionalism

Hired them to move from Ohio to Florida. Daniel was the leader for our moving crew. The team was friendly and hard-working. The drop off was much later in the day than expected becuase earlier drop-offs didn't go as planned. I'm sure the team was very tired by the time they got to our place, but they didn't show it. They maintained a positive attitude and worked quickly.

From the beginning, Agility made it easy to do business with them. John helped me set up the move, Denise reassured me that everything would be ok, and Shane made sure we were all on the same page. It was a pleasure to work with the entire office staff. Before the move and day of Alfred and his crew were fantastic. They were cautious with everything they packed. Wrapped every piece of furniture and carefully loaded the truck. It was a long day for all of us, but it was organized and manageable. I greatly appreciated their professionalism. I absolutely recommend Agility!

The gentlemen who came to work on my move were gracious and professional throughout. They were careful in their work.

We had a few hiccups with the start and drop-off date, but the staff and owner absolutely made up for it. John and the office staff help us to coordinate everything along the way. The driver Bart and his guys were careful, respectful and super friendly. They attempted to accommodate us as much as possible to to scheduling issues. Every single staff member of Agility left me feeling safe and comfortable with my possessions. Even after the fact we were able to reach out to the workers to assist us in locating an item In Our New Home we were searching for. They knew exactly where they placed it and that type of box it was it. Amazing Experience!

Hired them to move my things from PA to IN. They were so communicative, always calling to provide updates and to see if I had any questions. They were straightforward, no surprises whatsoever, easy to deal with and always followed up on everything. The employees were kind, professional, and hardworking. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were very professional & thorough with everything they did from wrapping breakable items, to loading & unloading. The same guys were there from beginning to end. I highly recommend them. Great people!

Daniel & Robert were great. Daniel ensured that all of our personal items were safely delivered to our residence the next morning. Both professionals reassembled our larger items in a timely manner after delivery. Hiring Agility Van Lines was one of the best decisions to usher my wide & I into our new home.

I hired Agility after my original movers cancelled on me at the last minute. They were able to pick up my belongings almost immediately, were very communicative, and kept me updated on my delivery status and had very fair prices. The movers that brought my stuff to my apartment were great. Very friendly and helpful, and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Agility to others.

I would recommend Agility Van Lines for your moving needs. John at the Company was very polite and professional in his manner and am appreciative to him in helping me with some mishaps that occurred. He quickly and efficiently corrected what was wrong.

Office support was pretty good. John explained the process and it went as he explained it would. Movers arrived later than planned but we worked it all out. We were the last house on the truck and they ran out of space. We made other arrangements for the remaining pieces. When the truck arrived at our new location the driver wanted full price before unloading. Because they didn't load everything there should have been a price reduction. We had to call the office, talked to John and resolved everything. John called the driver and we got the price reduction. If not for that little bump in the road I think they would have been 5-stars across the board.

Agility movers were extremely easy to work with. It was a very emotional and difficult move for us. Their professionalism and compassion is muchly appreciated. I am looking forward to writing another review once we receive our product. Theyâ re storing it for us until we find a place.

There are better options.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Agility Van Lines on my move from Florida to South Carolina. My moving quote was very specific and itemized for the things I was moving. I did not get any surprise charges like â your over cubesâ when the moving team arrived like I read about with other carriers. The team that wrapped and picked up my furniture was the same team that delivered my furniture. Special shout out to my delivery team Teddy and Nijah for the careful handling and set-up of my furniture. Thanks again to John and his team at Agility Van Lines for a successful moving experience.

Punctual, professional,timely in delivering out of state move. Above all, honest. Great follow-up from office. Would recommend them to anyone interested in a move.
