I am so happy the move went so well. I can't believe how polite and curtious they were. I would recommend this company and movers to everyone who needs to move. They wrap everything that's not in a box. The movers are very careful with everything that they touch. They are always on time. They take the furniture apart if needed and they put it together at your destination. as I said before I recommend them to everyone.

Denise and Shane from Agility were extremely communicative and responsive. And our movers Sam, Phil, and Kirby were amazing! They were polite, efficient, and had great personalities! We had been stressing about the move and they made it super easy. They handled our boxes and items with extreme care both loading and unloading. It's the first time I've hugged moving men! And the price was very, very good! I highly recommend them!

All of the employees we dealt with from Agility Van Lines made our out of state move less stressful. Everything arrived within a few short days and all in great shape.

They did an excellent job moving my furniture from CT to NC. However, things fell apart when they put my furniture in storage. The blankets were removed from the furniture and my dining room table was laid on it is side on the concrete floor with the table top against the side of the metal storage container. When the dining room table was removed from the container there were scratches on the side and the table top had a deep gauge in it. Replacement cost of the Ethan Allen Dining room table was approximately half of the total move cost.- Wow $$$$$$$$$.

Let's all agree moving is stressful! I made the decision to move from CT to SC and did a lot of research ( you have to ), you learn a lot of lingo like "broker" and "carrier" getting thrown around with not a lot of explanation and lot of empty promises and lies. Well Agility saved the day for us, in less than a week we were about to go with another company and discovered they were crooks! Dodged a bullet. From my initial conversations with John to the follow up communications with Denise, everything was professionally done. They did not harass but gave us a good price and sense of relief. They didn't use an 18 wheeler so there was no need for a carrier shuttle on this end , which most companies don't explain. The boys ( Sam, Phil and Kirby ) came in a 26ft truck and drove it straight down. My furniture was here in 2 days. The lads were hard working, wrapped everything immaculately and were so courteous and kind . Nothing felt rushed and the same when they unpacked in SC. Hard working guys and a great loyal and honest company!! Couldn't recommend them more!!!

In my search for movers I got five different quotes. My main concern was my items being moved from one truck to storage to another truck. In addition to the price, the assurance that I would have the same truck and same driver was the reason I chose Agility. John, the sales guy, was amazing. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to pressure me. Because of his great demeaner and customer service, the bar was set very high. He told me I would hear leading up to my move from the owner who would do a final inventory, which did not happen. He also told me I would hear on a Thursday if the movers were coming Friday or Saturday. I actually had to call them on Thursday because I had not heard as of noon and was getting worried as I do not like things last minute. I did get a call back with a time, but never did hear from the owner except for one call about four days out of my move. In short, the reason I took off 1/2 a star was because I did not feel like once I signed my contract and paid my deposit that I heard from anyone leading up. Moving is stressful and feeling like you're out of the loop doesn't help. My moving crew was AWESOME. They did a fantastic job. They were professional and helpful. They wrapped everything with care and even recognized when I had particularly fragile items and communicated with each other about where it should go on the truck. They were able to meet me when I was going to be at my new place within an hour and unloaded quickly. Overall, this was a great experience. I would highly recommend.

This move was "outstanding' from start to finish! John, the salesperson, spent a lot of time with me explaining how the moving business operates and what to expect from our move. He was sincere and convinced me that Agility was the right moving company for us. The moving crew consisted of Ontario, Mike and Josh. The communication during the move process was great. Both Ontario and the office kept me informed every step of the way. The men were friendly and polite. The wrapping and protection of our furniture was over the top. Each piece was wrapped carefully with plenty of padding. As we have moved several times, usually the movers will mark up the walls either taking furniture out or bringing it in at the other end. There was not one scratch on the walls at either location. We were particularly pleased that our goods were delivered a few days sooner than originally anticipated. We could not have expected more from Agility. As we told the crew, they were the best movers we have ever encountered. And we have experienced five interstate moves over the past 20 years.

Great service

I would hire Agility again in a heartbeat! From the very beginning, we received great customer service. John and Shane were so patient with me as I updated the inventory multiple times. My brother was on a low budget so we had to be careful about how much he moved from CT. Then they accommodated a change of the pickup date. They arrived on time and apologized several times when they couldn't get the truck within 75 feet of the house and had to charge a bit extra. We didn't catch their names but they did a great job. The communication from Sam and Denise on the other end (Florida) was great and they arrived as planned. Sam, Kirby and Phil brought everything in and did a great job checking where to put things and unwrapping the furniture. They indicated that a different crew wrapped the furniture and it was well done! We really felt that everyone really cared about how our move went instead of this just being another job. I only have good things to say about our experience.

Great crew

The move went extremely smooth. Everything that was said was done. Nothing was broken. Great care was taken by Teddy, Marcus, and Sedrick. Attention to details were given by Shane the owner , John our sales person and Denise the coordinator. I would never go with another moving company and the price was right.

My crew was cheerful and hardworking for the load and unloading. I would use them again!

This review is complicated for me because our movers Billy and Max were phenomenal but the company itself raised a lot of questions for us during the pick-up for our move. Let start at the beginning, initially when you call, you share how big your place is that you are moving from and then receive a price quote (we were a 2 bedroom family that work worked from home and was at our previous residence for 3 years to help put things in perspective). I was originally in communication with John to gather prices and I quickly turned over communication from me to my husband because I was left feeling uncomfortable with John comments about my voice sounding soothing over the phone. Moving along, John quoted us around $6k in total for our move and mentioned this price would decrease since we were moving from a full packaging to us doing the packing ourselves and we did not bring bedroom furniture from two of our bedrooms.. The price did not decrease and it actually increased an additional $4700 because we used the entire truck, however, the company only reserved half the truck for us and the other half for another family. They called us and said they would do a video walkthrough prior to pick up and that never happened. Shane only called my husband and confirmed if there were major changes from what was on the quote. It is all perspective, so a video walkthrough would have given both ourselves and Agility a better understanding of the pickup. These additional fees we had to pay were told to us the day of pick up and we had no choice but to pay the additional money. That was a very underhanded thing to do to not make the customer aware of additional fees and then not to a full VIDEO walkthrough. We appreciated the thoughtfulness and amazing help of our drivers. They took great care of our things and stayed in constant communication with us along the way. We really appreciate their help and support. Max and Billy get FIVE STARS AND BEYOND from us, but Agility (the office) has to do better with how they communicate these things to customers. It does not matter if they are BBB credited if you are trying unethical ways to get more money from people. Do better and be better.

Daniel and his crew (sorry, don't have their names) were amazing! We weren't entirely finished with packing so they brought extra boxes and helped to pack up all remaining belongings. They pushed themselves to get to our new home earlier than anticipated. Even though they were very tired, they continued to whistle, hum a few tunes and break out in laughter as they unloaded the truck. True heroes in my book! Denise was also awesome and was in touch with us throughout the process. John helped to make sure we gave the necessary info to be able to give us an accurate estimate - and it was spot on!!!

Took pictures of every single room in our house and sent it to them for a quote. Moving day they could not fit everything on our truck and it cost us thousands more (this we after we packed as much as we could in a pickup truck bed and cab that my brother drove down plus personals that we brought with us when we left). We were promised a $450 refund after everything was said and done which we never received.

Daniel, Elie, and Ivory not only worked very hard, fast and carefully, they were so funny and pleasant with whom to work! We love them! I was initially very concerned with hiring a moving company but John of Agility was super to work with. No surprises. Everything is in the contract. Could not have been a better experience.

More than a fantastic service prompt and efficient. Arrived on time and immediately set to work and help walked me through the paperwork step by step. No hidden fees and never a question of where did this extra charge come from. Steven and his crew were very helpful and supportive whilst moving my antique furniture and special pieces like my Tinman. Packing and unpacking went far quicker than expected. Protective covers were used for all furniture and property was cared for at both ends. I would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for making this moving process easier.

The three members of the moving company were very professional in duties in all aspects of moving and packing of large objects. Overall experience a rating on 5 stars. Thank you Ontario, Joshua, and Chris. For doing a great JOB.
