Great company. Excellent customer service. Teddy and his crew were fabulous on both ends. They worked tirelessly with a great attitude. My furniture arrived in 4 days from FL to NJ without a scratch. They did a great job packing. Nothing was damaged or missing. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Good company. Scheduling can be tedious so be flexible. The crew was great but rushed through packing, loading, and unloading. Only 2 broken lampshades. They do not remove any packing material after move so expect a house full of bubble wrap, tape balls, and cardboard.

This company is great to work with ! I moved from FL to IN, 2/1/23. The crew of Richard. Richard Jr, and Juan, were very professional, friendly and on time ! Furniture and many boxes were delivered on time and undamaged! Very impressed with the sales man John, and Denise, whom made sure my move was perfect. Definitely will use this company again, and have referred friends to use them !!

The moving team were careful to prepare all the furniture before loading. They unloaded everything carefully. They were always kind, polite, and exceeded my expectations.

Ontario & his team were fantastic. Hardworking, efficient & friendly. Communication was fairly simple with this company & I am ecstatic at how much care they took of my belongings. They moved us from Central FL to Northern NC in 1.5 days!! Incredible! They were also very patient with me as I pointed out where boxes & furniture all needed to be placed. They didn't leave until we got it right & that meant so much to me. Amazing experience and very fair value!!

Great customer service and communication from start to finish. Efficient, friendly movers. Agility was the only mover I spoke to who could confirm that our belongings would stay on one truck and the same crew would there for pickup and delivery, which makes for good continuity. Highly recommended!!

Overall excellent experience, packing was done with extreme care and diligence. The movers were very courteous and professional, always asking questions and always ready to help with anything. They relocated all of my belongings in a very timely manner, I would highly recommend them for your long or short distance move.

There was some confusion upon arrival that caused a big delay and prevented the delivery from making its initial delivery date. The owner was very accommodating with resolving the matter for my elderly aunt and uncle. The packing services were ok, but a large quantity was left behind due to the confusion. Although the owner made it very clear to Alex that all items were to be packed and placed on the truck, and entire room was left behind and the second truck arrived half empty so this is unexplainable. Sam and Ontario's crew who delivered the furniture and boxes were very professional and got the job done. Ontario and his crew ensured everything was placed in the correct areas prior to leaving to eliminate leaving heavy items for me to move around. OVERALL, I am very happy with the services provided by Agility because as an HR Labor and Compliance Officer, I recognize the difficult times we are all experiencing due to the unforeseen pandemic. If I were to recommend this company, it would only be if the initial crew that arrived was more customer friendly and maintained a professional demeanor. It was very difficult to orchestrate this long distance move when the person on site was confrontational, because It caused us to lose confidence in the company. The patience and demeanor of the owner is the only reason we preceeded with the services. I would like to thank him for ensuring the successful delivery and the willingness to resolve the issues timely.
