Called during posted business hours. Went straight to voicemail. Left a detailed description of what I needed repaired with my sprinkler system. Apparently wasn't enough business to warrant a return phone call. Won't call him again.

I met with Anthony in January 2012 because I needed assistance maintaining a large and unruly residential yard. He provided me a fair estimate that worked with my budget. He and his crew performed one major clean up ($650), and they have been my maintaining yard with lawn service ($35 per service) since January 2012. My family and I could not be happier with AGE's service. Our yard looks good and Anthony and his crew are extremely reliable. I wish I had met him and his team years ago. I could not be happier with their work. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Anthony on the phone and he assured me he would stop by and give an estimate for lawn service within 4 days. That was the last I heard from him! I accept that a company has the right to refuse business ,but surely common courtesy and a professional attitude dictates that a simple phone call to inform me of that decision is not too much to expect? Now another week has gone by with no lawn service and I have to start again setting up estimates -very frustrating!

I has a special project required by Homeowners Association and was on a deadline to get it completed. I left a message for Anthony and with 24 hours I had a call back and an appointment scheduled. He completed the task in a very reasonable time and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for any lawn work. That's who I'll call the next time I need someone for lawn work.

He's done a great job. Everything I've asked for, he's done. His prices are the best that I've seen. I will continue using him in the future and would recommend him to others.

They return the call the same day, came home for an estimate the next day and started the job the week after. The price is fair for lawn and yard care, he comes every other friday with a crew, and the work is complete in no time, cleans up everything after. We are very pleased with their professionalism and their follow up with appointments, they show up on time, very important!

I was looking for a regular landscaper. First person I contacted was the first person on Angie's list. He responded to my call very quickly and showed up on time to review the property and provide quotation.

From the first conversation with A.C.E., I was impressed with Anthony's professionalism, courtesy and flexibility. Anthony is now my permanent lawn care service guy. I have no reservations in recommending A.C.E.

I was very pleased and he gave me a fair price for continued lawn mowing.

They come out every two weeks to trim the grass. He does a good job and it frees up time for me. He makes it easy on me. He is responsive. I will continue to use him.

Anthony made our initial appointment on time. He was very professional and friendly. We spoke about the property. I explained that I need a company that would take care of the lawn and make it look beautiful. I also requested a second meeting to discuss new plants and landscaping. That meeting never took place. My grass is cut, but the property looks sad. The staff that actually does the work is something else altogether. The man that cuts the grass smokes a cigarette while riding the mower. The clippings are blown all over the place so I have to clean my pool, rinse the furniture, and the grill. There is no treatment for weeds. I have weeds everywhere. They do not seem concerned with the overall appearance of the property and it shows

Mr. Gauch came to our house as requested to give an estimate for lawn care and a separate estimate for an overall landscaping job on our property. He arrived promptly on the scheduled time and gave us a very reasonable estimate for his regular services. We went over the details of what we were looking for in regard to the second estimate. He made several good suggestions and seemed to understand what we were looking to accomplish. When Mr. Gauch left, he told us he would get back to us with that estimate by the end of the next week. We were waiting for that estimate because we wanted to hire the same company for both the regular work and the overall landscaping project. He never got back to us with that estimate, and we hired another company on 4-28..

The owner first came to our home when he said he would. We hired him on the spot and have been completely satisifed with his work ever since. His company works very neatly and properly.

I left a voice message the Saturday before, requesting an estimate. Did not expect to hear anything until Monday because thecompany is closed on the weekend. Anthony returned my call the same day, and came out the next day Sunday, as promised, to give an estimate. We agreed on the price for the intial service and follow up services, and scheduled an appointment for later that week. He showed up as promised. I was very impressed with Anthony's professionalism and glad I consulted Angie's List.

I like that he allows you to pick and choose what I want done. He give me a very reasonable price, and has been very dependable and reliable.

It was a simple job but AGE treated me with just as much importance as a major one. Very professional and did a great job. Will call again for any landscape job I need.

The front and sides of the house had a lot of yard space that needed to be mowed and trimmed. I called up AGE services and in two days, he went by the house and called me with an estimate. By the following week, the yard work was completed!

The responsiveness was quick on the first visit & his prices are reasonable; I needed plants & bushes cut away from backyard fence by 7/15/11, he came approx. 7/13/11. The job was done but some of the plants were trampled & hacked away, it looks terrible. I asked him to do another job, he gave me a quote if I was providing the supplies as I said I had most of them and would get the rest.I told him it was not a rush as the other job was. I had not heard from him since our first conversation, about 4 weeks nor did he come back to be paid for the first job. I sent him a check & told him I didn't need him to do the other job.

The price is about $25 for having the lawn cut. The landscaper is really great. It was $175 the first time since there was a lot of work that he needed to do because it was the first visit. There are no complaints and he does a really great job. So, we are continuing to use him.

I called AGE Services two times and the second time I happened to get them in the office. He came within a day and checked it out and said he would get back to me. It was the 4th July weekend and so I assumed since he did not call back that it was due to the holiday weekend and I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he did not call me back. I was looking for ideas and the most for the money. I have a fair size property at the back and there I have a major problem with the grass since I have more weeds to the greens there. So he walked towards the back and said that he has not seen anything like this. I have heard from him after that. Maybe because I was indecisive, he had a general idea what I wanted. He could have given me an estimate of the extreme and not so extreme. But he never called me back I called him once or twice and I am not confrontational. So you don’t get a person only a voice mail. He was a nice guy and that is why I gave him some more time. But you wonder why you are left hanging there. I showed him the trees but he said he does not do trees since he did not have equipments for it. He recommended him friend. Then I called this guy and he too sounded disinterested and he did not call me back either. He did not give me a quote since it was not decided what is to be done. As for responsiveness he came right away after my initial contact with him but ultimately he did not call back. As for punctuality he came when he said was going to come for the initial interview. But I called him several times and it was only the voice mail and I did not leave any messages. I gave him the benefit of doubt because it was holiday weekend and I assumed he had plans. So I gave him time till the next week and then I called but I did not leave messages. I will not use this provider in the future.

Anthony Gauch has been the best thing that happened to our yard. I had gotten to the point where I would rather squeeze out the time to do the work myself because it was so much less hassle and grief than having someone else do it (for example, previous lawn companies girdled several trees, cut low-voltage yard light lines, scalped the grass - the list goes on). Not only does Anthony Gauch do quality work, his bills are detailed and professional and he has no problem breaking down the jobs so that I can choose what projects I want done when. His prices are very competitive as well, whether for basic service or for bigger projects, such as having the yard resodded (it needs it after a previous lawn company scalped the grass and turned the yard into a weed lot!), or clearing the weeds out of a very overgrown garden railroad bed - which he did an excellent job on, without disturbing the track or getting weed chemicals into our fish pond! I am looking forward to a long relationship with his company and finally getting many of my yard projects done.

I called him up after finding him here on Angie's, and asked him to come to my house for an estimate. He arrived the next day, we walked around the yard, he explained everything to me (gave me some valuable tips), gave me an estimate and we scheduled the day he would come out to work. He arrived at our house promptly at 7 a.m. on the scheduled day. His work was great, and his estimate was precise. I had initially told him to come out once every 2 weeks for maintenance. My husband decided he only wanted him to come out once a month (he was going to do what he calls the 'easy stuff' -- mowing the grass). I thought my husband had called Anthony to tell him, but he didn't so Anthony came out one morning, the day after my husband had cut the grass. I felt terrible for making him waste a trip, but he was extremely nice and professional about it. I would recommend him to anyone.
