Description of Work: I had a short in an electrical box in my utility room and I needed a new porch light installed on my front patio. I had been using my washing machine on an extension cord while I searched for a decent, licensed electrician (with the outside circuit breaker off). I'd also been without a front porch light for months, since the bulbs would burn out quickly until finally, none of them would work at all.

Description of Work: Installed a new stove-top oven. Inspected the overall circuitry in the house and replaced a worn out circuit breaker.

Description of Work: I bought a home in May 2012 in Wilton Manors, FL. The home is older, built in 1961. The home passed the selling inspection, but the Insurance Carrier wanted proof that electrical upgrades were made since 1982. The house was remodeled, with or without permits, but I couldn't prove the updates since the city of Wilton Manors city hall burned to the ground in 1996 and all records prior to 1996 were destroyed. SO -- in order to get the correct insurance coverage for my house, I needed to switch out the inside fuse box and the outside junction boxes so that there was proof of an upgrade in the past 25-years. I found Advanced Electrical securities as a reference from a neighbor. The Master Electrician (Moshe D) came out and gave me an estimate and knew exactly what needed to be done to meet the code and the insurance requirements. Moshe helped me by coming to Wilton Manors city hall and walking me through the Permitting Process and this was a big help (and he did it on his own time)!. As soon as I got my permit from Wilton Manors, Moshe came out as scheduled and did the job. Since I don't know much about electrical stuff, he was very helpful and explained everything as he went and made me feel secure about the job being done. I really recommend this Electrical Provider as a total professional and an excellent worker. I have already recommended this company to three people for jobs that they need in their homes and I think you will find them a good electrician, and It was nice to have a Master Electrician with a LICENSE complete my job. I passed the city inspection and also subsequently, passed the insurance inspection so the money spent and the peace of mind, are well worth it.
