+ 0 moreWe called on Tuesday. The rep showed up the next day to measure and quote the job. I agreed to the plan and price and the installers were out on Friday. They completed the majority of the job, but due to the rain were unable to attach the controller (electricity and water don't mix). They returned on Monday, completed the job and we have a warm pool. Perfect.

+ -1 moreWork was done promptly and exactly to specification in less than a day. The workmen were attentive and efficient. However, I've had to call for service several times. While I have no complaint about the service personnel; they seemed competent and were polite and efficient. The $90 charge seems excessive particularly when one is told "there's nothing wrong." One time I called because the system didn't seem to be supplying any heat and the service men didn't show up until the sun had gone down. It wasn't their fault, things happen, but the office should have called and rescheduled or at least reduced the $90 service charge because how can anyone analyze a SOLAR system in the dark? The date I gave on this report was for their last visit.
