I hire the company to clean the grout in my ceramic Italian tile. The tile was very nice and shiny only the grout was dirty. The next couple of days my house keeper call to my attention, that the floors were stain, it looks like there has been a spill, in the hallways in the Dinning room and family room. Time passed, I did not call right away. When I called I explained to Jesus what is happening, he interrupted many time accusing me of staining the floors and blaming it on them, I repeated told him that I was only calling to ask for advise in removing the stains, I did not want them in my house again, I just wanted to know how my house keeper could clean the mess they make, Jesus was very rude. I repeated to him that all I wanted is for him to tell me how to clean the mess they make and he kept implying that we dirty the floor, very unprofessional very rude. My Italian tile is ruined. The tile was in excellent condition the only thing dirty was the grout. He did not solve the problem.

Advanced returned my call within 30 minutes, scheduled the job two days later, then called again the next day to confirm the 8:30 AM start time. Andres arrived on time and did a fantastic job on the two floors; he got into every corner by hand where the machine couldn't go. I have never seen my floors look better and cannot speak highly enough of both Andres and his company. Thank you Advanced!
