 + -1 moreThe installation was good but 1 camera was malfunctioning. They came out at once and replaced the camera. They did not respond properly after the first time. They called but never sent anyone out. I cancelled the contract after waiting for weeks. I was disappointed with the maintenance contract.
Description of Work: I used them to install 4 surveillance cameras. I also purchased a maintenance agreement.

 + -1 moreI felt the price was reasonable compared to the other estimates I received. The office people were friendly and helpful and the installer was very competent. My only complaint was that he arrived later then he said he would.
Description of Work: ADT installed an alarm system in our new two-story house. They installed three keypads, fifteen window contacts and eleven door contacts. A smoke detector was also installed and we received two keyfobs.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARRIVED A LITTLE LATER THAN THEY SCHEDULED, BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL BEING CERTAIN TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE HE STARTED. THIS MADE ME VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE PROCESS.
