replacement windows, home builders
+ 0 moreMy wife called several companies for an estimate. action gave a very competitive price but what impressed her was the knowledge of the salesman/president Scott and the fact they expected payment after the job was done. All other quotes wanted the money at the time the windows were delivered, prior to installation. Once we placed the order a couple of men came to the house and measured the windows. It took several weeks for the windows to come in and an appt. was made for the 3 day job. Everyone showed up on time and kept in constant communication. We even had a problem where one bathroom window came in with clear glass verse frosted and they installed the clear glass and ordered a replacement. Once it came in they returned and switched out the window to the correct one. Everyone working at our house was very polite and professional. We definitely would use Scott and Action windows again! Great quality work at a fair price.
