They barely showed up. When they did, they were here less than an hour. Poor workmanship. The prices they quote are no where near what they actually charge. Would definitely NOT reccomend.
Description of Work: Put chemicals in pool after draining. Didn't show up 3 times when said they would. Placed my hose in pool and left. Needed to repair pump and set the timer and settings. Also needed light bulb changed. Only thing done was drain hose was connected to main drain and chlorine was poured on pool walls without scrubbing. I paid them for the chemicals and pouring the chlorine. Very disappointed. I ended up putchasing a motor for the pump, filling the pool and purchasing the chemicals for propper chlorination.

I have been through several service companies and my pool was constantly ending up green. They were always blaming the filter and or other equipment and suggesting costly upgrades, none of this was ever an issue with Action pools!

I called the provider with my receipt and payment confirmation. he told me that he does not do service in my area (Broward County).!! I call and request an immediate refund as this was the second time i paid for a services but they failed to deliver

Sorry about your bad experience but it was angies list that had us listed in your area by mistake as soon as YOU had informed me of this I called angles list and they took care of it. I dont know how you could have even gave us a rating because we never even provided a service for you and when we spoke I did give you a company in your area to use as I thought was being helpful.....

I had been going back and forth with my previous pool maintenance company regarding my pool. It would be green 2-3 days after a cleaning and they kept blaming it on a major leak. I kept pointing out there was a leak in the pool pump pipe but they shrugged it off as too small to be causing all the problems. I finally got fed up and switched to Sean at Action Pools based on a friend's recommendation. He came out a few days later, fixed the pipe on the spot, cleaned and treated the pool and walked me through all the work. Four days now without any water loss and the pool is back to being clean and clear. I'm glad my friend recommended Action Pools. Sean was courteous, quick and effective. A+

HAction Pool Service has provided us with pool service for several years. He is dedicated to providing good service and is responsive to phone calls or concerns. He hired a new tech named Allen how is doing a great job with our pool! He keeps filter clean, makes sure pump is working well and overall keeps the pool in good wokring order.
