+ 2 moreHe took my money and never delivered on the inspection. As a result we engaged in a six month short sale process the resulted in the bank declining due to the roof being bad. With a proper inspection we could have saved that time and found a different place.
Description of Work: I needed a property inspection, plus a four point inspection because I was getting a VA loan.

+ -1 moreStephen Hill of Accurate Property Inspections is a crook! This "man" showed up late to the inspection, had to be corrected by the realtor 2-3x, cashed the check and then never sent me my inspection. As a result I entered into a 6 month short sale process that resulted in not getting the house because the roof was not to code. When I would call him, he wouldn't answer the phone, and when he finally did, made up some story that he was sick and couldn't work or send out his inspections. I've seen several other reviews on this company that corroborate this sort of behavior, so looks like I wasn't the only one he swindled. Never use!! Ask your realtor for advice!
