I mistakenly clicked on a link which infected my computer on a Sunday night. The next morning, I called and spoke with Joe. He told me that he had a large group of computers to attend to at an office that morning, but would be here to pick up my computer that afternoon. When the arrival time he had given me was approaching, he called to tell me he would be a bit late due to being caught in traffic. Once he arrived, and I described the problem, he estimated that he would need about one hour to fix it. Also, there would be a $25 charge each way for pick up and delivery, for a total of $150. He thought he might be able to get the computer back to me by the end of that day or, if not, by the following morning. I called him in the late afternoon, and he said he was going to be working on it shortly and would return it in the morning. When he did bring it back, he told me it took him two hours to clear the virus, download and install several dozen updates, and do further cleanup. Since this would raise my bill $100 higher than he had quoted, he knocked off the pickup fee and charged me for two hours of labor ($200) and $25 for delivery.

Responded to initial call very quickly The computers taken back to workshop for repair. -Looked at a print hook up problem on my laptop. -Kepted in contact throughout, even came back a couple of days later at no extra charge when son had problems connecting to internet.

I searched Angie's List and found Absolute Business Computers & Networking Inc. I spoke with Joe, and he said he could come out the same day and perhaps have my PC back later that day. Joe called me later that day and said he wanted to run one more test to completly fix my issues, and could have my PC back to me the next mroning. I am thrilled to share that Joe correctly diagnosed my PCs problems, fixed them and now I my PC is running normally again. Joe was terrific, very professional and a pleasure to work with on my PC problems.

I've used Joe before and he is excellent. Very dependable, honest, and professional. I've called him numerous times with questions and he is always happy to respond. Much more reasonable cost-wise than other big computer repair service companies.
