 + -1 moreThey started the project in June and finished in December. We could not have been more pleased with this company. They did a great job laying the tiles. They are all straight and they match up perfectly. We thought they did a good job cleaning up and we would use them again.
Description of Work: They completely redid the roof on our 2300 square foot duplex. They removed the old roof, replaced a lot of the plywood, and then installed a new tile roof.

 + -1 moreThe first person I spoke with at this company was extremely polite and seemed to know what she was doing. The gentlemen who came to take measurements was also pleasant. Unfortunately, since then the person I have spoken to has seemed to be disinterested and unknowledgable.
Description of Work: I would love to describe the work done but it has never been done. In April following glowing reports about this company I asked for an estimate to replace a roof damaged by hurricane Wilma. I was told someone would be at my home in a few days to take measurements and check things out. A gentlemen did come over to do this and I was told to expect an estimate within a week. Since then I have called and called asking where the estimate is. I've been told each time that it is on someone's desk and I will receive it in a few days. In my estimation April to July is more than a few days.

 + -1 moreI REALLY LIKE THE WAY THAT THEY DO BUSINESS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON SCHEDULE. THEY HAULED AWAY ALL OF THE TRASH THEMSELVES.
