+ -1 moreI called them on a Saturday afternoon and the service person came here on Sunday morning so I'd say the responsiveness was excellent. It wasn't urgent as nothing was broken; it was just a cosmetic repair (old/bad-looking glass by a new one). The negative experience was the price negotiation... To replace 4 glass panels with factory-tinted glass they initially quoted $900... I was surprised with the price for such a relatively simple repair and said I'd have to quote with another company. The person over the phone then reduced the price to $500. I accepted as I wanted to have the repair done soon and move on to other priorities. The service man spent approximately 2 hours replacing the panels.The service was well executed and the installed glass is of good quality. I just didn't like the negotiation process and wouldn't feel comfortable negotiating with this company again.
Description of Work: To replace 4 tinted glass panels measuring 1' x 4' each in two windows (2 panels per window). The old panels I had old tint film / stains that didn't look well and wouldn't come off in any way. The old glass panels were removed and the new ones glued with silicon.

+ -1 moreThey came out in one day and fixed a problem that two other companies said they couldn't fix. They were a little high priced but I think that may be due to them coming out on an emergency service call. It doesn't matter they did a very good job.
Description of Work: My French doors had broken glass and Abc Glass put new special tempered panes in.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO DO THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED WITH DOING A GOOD JOB. THEY GOT RID OF SOME SHATTERED GLASS THAT WE HAD IN THE WINDOWS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED OUR WINDOWS.
