+ -1 moreI brought in a dishwasher that stopped working to be looked at and have them diagnosis the problem. They first did not diagnosis the right problem and told me that it would be better to buy another dishwasher. When I went to go pick it up, there was a dent and scratches on the stainless steel. I spoke to the owner and he told me that he didn't check for dents and scratches when I dropped it off so it was not his responsibility. This is not a way to run a business, from one business owner to another. I took it to another service company and there able to fix the problem for under $ 100. The dishwasher was originally $900.
Description of Work: Our dishwasher stopped working and I brought it in for a diagnosis. Apparantly, they checked it out and told me it would be better to buy a new dishwasher than repair it.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE AT THE TOP WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE. WE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS BROKEN, IT JUST NEEDED TO BE CLEANED. THEY CHARGED US LESS, BECAUSE THE PIPE WAS NOT ACTUALLY BROKEN.
Description of Work: THEY UNCLOGGED THE WASTE TUBE ON MY DISHWASHER.
