A SEAWALL INSPECTION SERVICE INC

It was the worst service I've personally ever encountered from a provider. The Contractor (MR Paul Schafer) who turned up to inspect the seawall for the property i was purchasing told me personally that the seawall was in good condition. Once i had purchased the property in question I took another look at the seawall and something just didnt look right so i got a second opinion and a new company told me that the seawall was in such a bad condition that it had to be replaced at a cost of $28.000.00 +extras. When we told Paul Schafer about this he returned to the property and inspected the seawall for a second time and agreed that he had made a mistake and the wall was in an extremely bad condition. Then Paul says that he is going to make some calculations and get back to us. We dont hear from him for weeks and weeks so we send this quick and polite note: Dear Mr. Schafer, It has been several weeks with no response from you in regarding the Sea Wall issue. We would like to contact your insurance company in regards to your mistake. Does your policy cover this type of issue? Then we get this replyl: My insurance does not have an errors and omissions clause. Please read my cover letter and my Inspection report with the inspectors remarks. Paul W. Schafer
