Called for an estimates on replacing 2 breaker boxes... the tech showed up late, checked outlets that were unrelated & refused to give an estimate.. Tech said the ownerwould call with price. The following day the owner called to tell us a special bix hsd been ordered and we were responiblity to pay for it... All I was looking for estimate, which was exactly what I I told the tech.. The owner kept saying we'd work out the price but never fully disclosing the total cost.. I told the owner we would not do any business with him until we had a complete estimate.. He said he would get back to me.. The next night at 9 pm the tech called and asked if he could stop by & start the work... I still had not heard from the owner & at this point I was over whatever game/scam these guys had going on

owner has no clue what he is doing.answers his phone may i help you. you don't even know what company you have.service guys show up without the materials, even though they know what they need to do the job. they charge you for the time they go purchase the materials.
