+ -1 morebrant from alaska air showed up exactly on time found the problem quickly explained the repair and the price and completed the repair on the first trip. I will be using them from now on whenever we need a repair. steve k
Description of Work: our ac wasn't cooling at all the problem turn out to be a relay to the compressor.

+ -1 moreThis is the second dir conditioning unit this company has put in for me. The first was in 1997. Throughout the years, they have been very responsive when I have needed repairs. They are friendly and professional and I feel I can count on them to respond within 24 hours when I have a problem. One of the best things I like about dealing with A Alaska is that if I call ,and they feel it is something I can correct wthout a service call they will talk me through it at no charge.
Description of Work: My old air conditioner was beginning to leak freon and was very ineffecient. Since A Alaska had installed that air conditioner about 13 years ago, I had them give me an estimate for a new, more effecient air conditioner. They spent considerable time making sure that my new set-up met the criteria for the federal government rebate. This was no easy task since the information was confusing since it involved an SEER rating as well as an EER rating.. We sat down for over an hour and dicussed all my options, the cost and effeciency for each. I felt they helped me make the most informed decision for my needs. They are polite , professional and punctual.
