+ 0 moreA-1 was outstanding. We had a complete failure of our 55 year old system. The cast iron lines underneath the foundation had all rusted through. To save us from tearing up the floors he tunneled under more than 15 feet and replaced all the lines. The septic tank and drain field also had to be replaced. All the work was done exceptionally well and quickly. I highly recommend A-1 Able rooter.

Description of Work: pumped out septic tank. work was okay. |He asked if he could take star fruit off the ground for his tortoises I said ok but twice when I went back into the house he knocked two full trash bags of star fruit off the tree. I told him that I needed fruit on there for myself and friends. He said okay and thanked me. I was upset and I thought this was unprofessional.

A few days later they came out to replace the broken pipes in the drainfield, which involved digging up my front yard about 4 feet deep, and then putting all that dirt back when they were done. A lot of work! Price was excellent. Phone calls were returned quickly, very polite and professional.
Description of Work: Our septic tank & septic field in my house (built in 1959) needed cleaning & replacing.

+ -1 moreHe came quickly in the morning so I could shower and get to work. I have used him for 10 years and he has always done a great job. The first time he came 10 years ago he saved me thousands by fixing my distribution box which was root bound and used the existing drain field with out the need to build a new field. I think he is very honest and charged what he said he would charge.
Description of Work: He came and pumped my tank along with clearing the pipes from the house to the tank and cleaned the tank.

+ -1 moreHe gave us the prices ahead of time and said it was going to be 1500.00. My tenant and my wife also heard him tell me this. After he did the job, he said it was 1800.00 and insisted this is what he makes off of this job. He wouldn't budge on it and unfortunately I am sure he took advantage if me.
