Description of Work: Hello, I attempted to get a quote for a tree service / trimming for a large black olive tree at my residence. This was a second attempt from them. The first attempt went through Angie's list, (Messenger) I never received a call from their company. Second attempt: I called them, because I got an email with a special they are currently running. I spoke to Lee-Anne, she initially took down my information. A while later, she called requesting I take a picture of the tree. Found that really strange, but I happened to be working from home so I did and sent them to her. Later she called once again saying sorry but we will not be able to do the job for that special. Ok, so instead of setting up for someone to come to my house to give me an estimate, she wanted to give me the contact info of another company.. I immediately said no thanks, have a great day. Funny thing we used them about three years ago to do about 3,000 dollars worth of work. Including trimming the same tree. So I would have been a return customer. Needless to say, I will no longer have anything to do with them.

 + -1 moreI had two different folks come out. The first was a total scam artist that tried to charge us $850 to treat the "white flys" and then $350 every other month until the "problem" was gone. We were leaving the country for vacation the following day and didn't want to jump the gun, so we waited. SO GLAD WE DID. 4Evergreen sent one of their professionals out when we returned from our vacation and he took one look at our ficus and said it looks beautiful, no need to treat if there's nothing wrong. Then he checked out our birds of paradise that had spider white fly, not a traditional white fly that literally destroys your tree. The spider white fly is evidently not pretty to look at, (its white on the back of the leaves) but does not cause any harm to your tree. He sprayed the tree down with a cleaning solution for like $10 or $20 i think. The gentleman inspected our lawn for over 30-45 min so i felt this was totally worth the price. He thoroughly explained everything and provided additional lawn tips. He even provided a little soil and nutrients for one of our needy royal palms, free of charge. Exceptional experience. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you for the quality work and genuine customer service you provided. You should be very proud of your staff! I hope the gentleman who came to my house is documented and is recognized! UPDATE: Noticed our ficus was shedding tons of leaves on the other side of the house. Turns out it was infested with white flys. Gentleman came out and treated again the whole back of the property. Pretty large about 60 yards from front to back. Paid $300 to have him spray the whole thing. No more white flys. :)
Description of Work: We were concerned about white fly's on a few of our birds of paradise and ficus trees. The professional came out and sprayed the infected area at an incredibly reasonable price and even through in some free soil on one of our needy royal palms. :) He was professional, honest and everything you would hope for from a lawn and tree specialist. Would not hesitate to use again and will again in the future.
