30% of my hedges have already died. I'm seeing a decline, it's actually gotten worse than how it originally was. They do not return calls when you're having service issues. The last 9 months I've just seen deterioration, no progress.

This was very extensive work. Darren's supervisor OSCAR was very courteous explaining what the crew was going to do. They were familiar with the local codes. This is a company in which I have complete confidence. From the office to everyone else involved, they are just excellent. What a great experience.

Bad! They began on October 1st with the lawn and garden maintenance and did the fertilization in the early part of October also. They continued with the maintenance service until I terminated them on Dec 14. My lawn got progressively browner. Many bushes and plants began to die. I got more weeds. They don't answer their phone. I sent them a letter. Oscar came to my house in response to the letter on 12/3 and said the sprinklers were not working. He said that is why the lawn & the plants looked bad. I called the repairman and they replaced a valve on 12/4. Incidentally I also paid to fix 5 broken sprinkler heads too. My lawn began to green up in less than a week but I still had weeds and many of my plants were so far gone that they will need to be replaced. I sent them a letter again as they don't answer the phone. The owner came out to my home. According to him, the plants looked sick because of bugs or were poor landscape choices. Originally they told me it was fertilization and weeds which I paid for. I told him that in retrospect, I think it was mostly due to lack of water. He shrugged that off. I asked him why they didn't know there was a water problem 2 months sooner especially since they told me they would check the system on day 1. They were also supposed to run it after they fertilized. He had few answers. He commented that the lawn was greener and I stooped down and picked out dozens of weeds. He said it may take 2 or 3 applications to be effective which of course was going to cost me considerably more. As the normal semiannual weed and feed that the landscapers had used in the past was always effective, this seemed odd. I asked him specifically what they put down on the plants and lawn as on the bill, I was billed seperately for lawn and plants, so I assumed 2 chemicals were used. He told me they used a weed & feed. It was nothing"special". It was nothing that replaced water and nothing that should have been used on the plants and nothing that should have cost $215. It was also what every landscaper does as part of the service and what my $120 would have paid for anyway. Additionally since they didn't run the sprinklers after whatever they put down, it was completely ineffective and the weeds speak for themselves. He did admit that some of what I described as a poor looking garden was due to their being lax in cleaning up the garden and proper trimming in the garden. I fired him. They didn't maintain the lawn or gardens properly.They sold me something that was either fake or not done properly. They told me some of my succulents had mold and needed special treatment. I had an expert look at them and found out the discoloration can be resolved, it's not a mold and is from then throwing weed & feed in the garden where it doesn't beloing They didn't do things they agreed to. A gardener who can't recognize the water isn't running should not be allowed on a lawn.

4 EVERGREEN LANDSCAPING DOES A FANTASTIC JOB. MY LAWN AND WHOLE YARD LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. I ONLY HAVE ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM AND THAT IS THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO POST THE TIME OF THEIR NEXT TRIP AND THEY DO NOT DO IT.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN A GOOD LANDSCAPER WHO WILL NOT CHARGE TOO MUCH AND DOES A EXCELLENT JOB. THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND I'M PROUD TO REPRESENT THEM.

THEY ARE A FAIR COMPANY WITH QUALITY SERVICES AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. I HAVE THEM REPAIR MOSTLY ALL MY APPLIANCES AND THEY ALWAYS DO AN EXCELLENT JOB.
