I told the company I will use them in November.

Easy contact and set up of appointment. When Oscar arrived I asked for 3 different quotes. 1 for new sod front and side yard, 1 for new sod in the back yard and 1 for redesign of the existing plant beds in the front of home. Oscar walked through the property and made a recommendation to place drainage rock as opposed to sod in one particular area which I agreed. I was told I would receive the quotes within two days but this was delayed. Upon receipt of the quotes and compared to other vendors, I elected to do all the work. I was told a start date of Saturday 9/20 and completion date of Monday 9/22. The work was not completed in the time frame represented. I went out of town on Monday. Apparently at the completion of the their work day on Monday, the workers dumped the remaining sod on my front yard. It looked as if the workers backed the truck up and took off with the sod falling off the truck. Perhaps it was raining and the workers were afraid of melting. Hence the low rating on professionalism, I would have rated lower if it were not for professionalism of Dorothy and Raquel in the office. The work was completed the following day. Yesterday the person arrived to treat the sod for insects and fungus. If I had not been working from home that day, I would have never known that he had not treated the backyard. I called the office when I realized that the individual had left without treating the back yard. He immediately returned and apologized for the mistake. There is still an issue with the mysterious plant that is not reflected on the invoice that needs to be removed or replaced in the flower bed. I guess it was in the truck and the workers decided to plant it anyways even though it does not match any of the others and stands out as not belonging in the flower bed. Although there were some hiccups along the way, I will continue to use utilize 4 Evergreens services.

On 8/7/14, I called the company to get an estimate on landscaping work: concrete borders, mulching, plants, etc. on 8/9/14, Oscar came to my home to take measurements and discuss my needs. We spent nearly 1.5 hours going over everything. Oscar told me that he would send me an estimate within a week. To date, I haven't received anything from Oscar or the company. This is very unprofessional and time wasted!

I had pinch bugs eating my lawn, they tilled it to stop. Everything is going good so far.

He showed up and did over and above job description with time he took to make it right.

sorry, all the weeds are still there, hard to say that I notice any difference after the visit. the gentleman was very friendly and provided some advise though.

4 Evergreen Landscaping recently trimmed my palm trees and they have never looked better. The owner was very prompt in returning my call and the price was great. The crew showed up as scheduled and completed the job on time. It's tough to find good and reliable landscapers so finding 4 Evergreen Landscaping has been a dream come true. I'm going to make them my main landscaper and I recommend you give them a try.

Pricing was very competitive. Responses were prompt. The work was superior. I would recommend them to anyone. My expectations were exceeded. Darren Frost runs a company with pride and integrity. Most importantly, he make sure I was happy with the final outcome.

It is going so well, we are still using them and plan on it indefinitely. We've been through our share of landscapers in the past - though we finally found one that we really trusted and liked in our old neighborhood, Wilton Manors, we moved and were dreading sifting through all the garbage out there until we found another quality and trusted provider. My husband and myself are very very picky and we recently moved to the area and inherited a lawn full of tropical and floridian shrubbery and plants to take up a good .25-.5 acres. So that's alot to nit pick! While nobody is perfect, 4 Evergreen's service is fully accountable and easy to get ahold of. If a couple little things on our property are not to our liking they have been quick to send someone out to get the picture and understand what it is that we would like, and then they very effectively communicate and remedy the mistake with their workers the next time they come out. I'm used to getting earfuls and complaints from my OCD husband who used to go back and do our previous landscapers work for them to his own liking when he was dissatisfied, but I haven't seen him pick up any pruning scissors or equipment since we started with 4 Evergreen - though I'm sure if he had to, that would be the end of that! ... Something tells me it's not going to come to it with this company - I feel like we are really in good hands. Alot of these guys are self-employed - but this company has a substantial business and management model that works and gives us peace of mind as happy clients. We seriously have ALOT going on plant-wise on our property and these guys handle it VERY well. They're quick and they clean up well after themselves, too. Their representatives are always a pleasure to deal with, and I'm so glad we chose them over some of their competitors... I should also mention how competitively priced they are. We are penny pinchers, so we lose out when we cheap out, sometimes - but they were very reasonable and for the quality of their work, we are more than happy. When we need work done, other contractors see our property and get greedy and inflate prices (I shop around so I know they're full of it)... and they lose any shot in heck of getting the job - I like to laugh at them and escort them out the minute they try to tell me how much they want to charge... But these guys were honest and represented themselves well from the beginning and they have remained that way consistently... They are not greedy and they provide excellent work for what they do... It's hard to come by good honest service providers these days - but 4 Evergreen is proof that they still exist! We have not used them for pest control yet as we have a provider we kept from Wilton Manors - though our faith is running out and we may be editing this posting with an update on 4 Evergreen's pest control services. Bottom line - Use this company. You will not regret the decision for a moment. (Also note - for some reason I cannot update my address at the moment and it's reading Wilton Manors - but this service is provided in Parkland, FL., Heron Bay.)

The front of the house looks great. They replaced all of the plants, addes another palm tree and mulched. I was so impressed with the service I hired them to maintain the landscaping and the lawn.

We used this company as pricing seemed fair and they offered a prompt response. The staff that came out were very friendly and professional as were the ladies on the phone. The landscaping job was 'satisfactory' initially. However, over time, I see the suggested plants from their landscaper did not turn out be exactly as we had hoped, but it is too late now to go backwards. The branch removal was performed as required. The grass that was planted did not all grow very well at all, after we followed their instructions to a tee..AND it took several emails & phone calls to get someone to come and check it out. The maintenance and the customer service that was originally provided when we became a customer did not continue. As it is difficult in Florida to get companies to arrive on time and to do the work as described, I prefer to use the same company again in order to build a relationship, however I will say at this point, I do not think I will use this company in the future.

We signed up for an every other month service. We like them. Using them to treat for White Flies (included in service) was actually cheaper to switch to them, then to pay our previous company who was gouging us. Our only "issue" is that we have a Frangiapani tree that is new and sick. So far, their treatments there have only stopped the spread, so we need to give it more time, but some other form of treatment may be required. Also, they did show up without calling first, and we asked to be called so we can be home and review the yard with them. It happened once in a few visits. They apologized, and called before the next visit. The B rating below reflects this.

We got 5 estimates for the job. The fellow from 4Evergreen meticulously measured the area for the amount of sod that what we needed. 4Evergreen's estimate was several hundred dollars lower than most of the others. The workers showed up on the scheduled day and time and removed all the old dead grass before laying the new sod then watered it. All of the grass survived and the lawn is beautiful.

I was using a previous company, one of the bigger names in pest control, however was dissatisfied with their service. I was introduced to 4-Ever Gone from a friend. From the first assessment, the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and took a genuine interest in my property. I have been a costumer for 4 months, and have seen a huge improvement in the appearance of my landscape. Since being on a monthly plan, my plants look healthier and my lawn is much greener and lush. I am really impressed with the service I have received and the fertilization program that I'm on.

trucks with all the new sod and workers with a bilingual supervisor arrived ten minutes early at my home.Immediatly the work crew of at least 5 men began removing the old sod and installing the new sod .They removed all weeds before installing the new sod .At the end of the installation they made sure I was informed of watering restrictions and instructions.Later that early evening the owner Mr. Darren Frost personally called me and asked if there was anything else he could do and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Needless to say I was totally satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism of 4 Evergreen Landscaping and Pest Control!

When I initially called I was greeted by a friendly, courteous staff member. From there they sent out Oscar to provide us with an estimate. His professionalism and plant knowledge were unmatched and we received a few estimates. Since the installation 4 Evergreen Landscaping and Pest control have trimmed and maintained our property to the highest standards. I would also like to mention that they are accessible and always on time which seems to be a rare exception here in South Florida.

They are extremely reliable in terms of coming out every week on the day they say they are coming out. Another thing that I like about their services is that they cut the grass at the right height so as to not make it looked shaved after they leave.

They did a wonderful job. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They did what they promised and had very good communication.
