Kokua Klean

Our house was in a post-construction mess, but the house cleaning service did an excellent job of cleaning it up. We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Abysmal. Left my home with my child’s new clothes thrown into a trash bag, spilled hair gel and covered it with another item, left significant amount of dirt and dust on the floor, furniture, pictures, and again covered it with my own items. Owner refuses to reply. I have been spending my entire weekend cleaning the mess that they left. I was transparent from the start that my home needed a lot of work. I was assured that it wasn’t going to be an issue. I also only asked for half of my home to be cleaned, but after 7 hours, only the kitchen was done. I now must hire a new service, so it will cost me twice what I planned.

Ty is just lovely. She is professional, her communication is superior, and she is very friendly and courteous. Priscilla arrived on time and got to work right away. They cleaned the house as specified, and were efficient in doing so. I have not had much luck with housecleaners in the past, but will not hesitate to hire Kokua Klean again. It’s a bonus that they have additional services. For example, post-party cleanup, during the party help, handyman, etc. If you are on the fence, go for it. I highly recommend them.

You can tell she knew what she was doing and I felt like I didn’t have to micromanage- it was being taken care of…she went over and beyond what was needed too. So was very happy.

Kokua was very thorough with my cleaning job. They went above and beyond by asking if I have a special requests. My fans, baseboards and blinds never looked better. Their commitment to detail was immaculate & my home felt resort clean!! (I also have small children) The staff was trustworthy, punctual and polite.
