handyman service
+ -1 moreHe was punctual, professional, and did a good work. The gentleman charged $50 an hour. I am not sure how much other handymen would charge on an hourly basis but I believe he was a little on the pricey side.
Description of Work: I used Dam Handyman Services a year ago.

+ -1 moreNever complained about the hot environment, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable. He efficiently laid out the work in advance to take the least amount of time. This was important because we contracted the job by the hour. He worked independently and exceeded our goals and objectives. Our crew did not have the time to complete the project so we contracted Dave. Dave did an excellent job and handled his time like he was paying for the job. This is at least the 4th project he has done for us and we would hire him again. I would also consider him for maintenance work at our rental properties or my home.
Description of Work: Did some specialized computer network wiring and mounting of switches for our business. Work involved high work 20' or more in hot humid environment. Also ran conduit, other cable and assembled cable ends and punch down on patch panels. Previously had assembled some specialized cabinetry.
